09/10/2024 14:38 | It is not a takeover- we are relisting but pushing it to be relisted by Christmas but you never know ?? | carrbradshaw
09/10/2024 14:00 | Is it not development potential that is being potentially brought same as a company buying an exploration block ? | rpat2
09/10/2024 13:34 | I can't see how a take-over would benefit anyone...until production figures come out of Cosmos, if only to see if they meet the projected 5,700 bopd targets. To bid for a company prior to the production numbers on such a large unknown is a gamble I doubt anyone would take..which is a fair way down the line. | htrocka2
09/10/2024 11:47 | I also suspect Henderson has been ditched and the role "head of Tende north africa"is just more nonesense. The large holder from houston thst alledgedly invested 4 million in Tende is likely running tunisia. | bronislav
09/10/2024 11:43 | Be sure that Angola is already in the package, pre any merger announcement. We all get bought out for whatever price, allowing the EIG professionals to run the Africa in transition show. Possibly Bobo kept on for his connections | dr rosso
09/10/2024 11:43 | SIB...i would speculate its the incoming group yhat is holdiing things up.I suspect the merger /takeover will be announced before An Angola announcement. The Angola assets being signed off would be an issue for the incoming group and not Tende.Im convinced Angola has been signed off and we wont be updated.I have major doubts we will get another update. No need to if we are close to the conclusion and might be why the AR was extended by a month. | bronislav
09/10/2024 11:40 | htTps://www.tedstone | dr rosso
09/10/2024 11:35 | Ok another thought ... is the Angola completion / announcement holding up any merger / takeover or the other way round. Many contracts include change of control clauses that can stipulate the right to terminate or adjustment of rights. So if tende has contracts with these clauses then these would come up under DD. | sirianbotham
09/10/2024 11:33 | End product prob along the lines of Tedstone Oil, a privately owned subsidiary of EIG. Overseen by the same execs who manage Harbour Energy ie Linda Cook, Louise Hough and others with connection to the financial hub of Dubai. Tende, with its Africa focus,. would fit nicely in the group, alongside Tedstone | dr rosso
09/10/2024 11:25 | A race to see if we get our pension or money first | ace1976
09/10/2024 11:03 | I can't see this being relisted next year let alone this year | aventador
09/10/2024 10:55 | If this company produced what they forecast, with Trafigura controlling this lot, I can only imagine that Puma Energy, a Trafigura subsidiary, would be offered first refusal in any take over prospect. | htrocka2
09/10/2024 10:47 | Sir ian .i doubt any significant takeover group would be over excited by an AIM listing. | bronislav
09/10/2024 10:35 | We could exit Aventador because our shareholdings relative to the big holders are insignificant unless you have yours in bank of new york and you are a major shareholder. | bronislav
09/10/2024 10:25 | Let's assume it's some form of merger / takeover ... would a listed or unlisted company be more attractive | sirianbotham
09/10/2024 10:24 | More of an option than the current situation though ... take the point though | sirianbotham
09/10/2024 10:14 | If funders are still pouring money into this company then it can only mean that they're controlling it and pulling the strings... If you think about it logically...the funders are only interested in a profit from their investment....which has no connection with re-listing the shares. | htrocka2
09/10/2024 10:13 | An admission document that has to keep being updated every year for the last 3 years.Every year they have told us they intend to lost.Just sounds like more nonesense. | bronislav
09/10/2024 10:07 | If they can't exit what chance have us minnows got? Fobbed off with jp Jenkins Mickey Mouse platform you cannot trade on we have no chance to shift our shares with no relist! The bod don't care this farce could drag on forever more. | aventador
09/10/2024 10:00 | Sir ian .yes the bank of new york is just holding the nominee accounts probably of high end shareholders or other....Bank of new york could also have a holding...Point i was msking is a listing doesnt give the chance for large holders to exit , not short term at least. | bronislav
09/10/2024 09:55 | I don't think though that Bank of America owns the shares in their own nominee account. Clients maybe but not the bank direct. Bank of America does invest in oil and gas though. 'Add to this the large shareholders albeit nominees have increased their holdings since the delisting. How does a listing give bank of america any chance of turning a profit on its hundreds of millions of shares?' | sirianbotham
09/10/2024 09:53 | Agree bron that we aren't controlling the message. Thats been apparent since trafigura had their name removed from an Srsp / tende update. | sirianbotham
09/10/2024 09:52 | Agree vat but have to say the fact Angola hasn't completed / been announced and no update on other operations is puzzling at best and damm frustrating. It does lead to a conclusion that this is more than a simple relist. | sirianbotham
09/10/2024 09:15 | Bron, “If a company intends to list it would advertise its wares to the world.” I don’t think this is necessarily an indication either way. If (IF) they relist I very much doubt they will want to raise a large amount of funds through a placing at the same time, although they have indicated that they may offer an opportunity for existing shareholders. Also in the case of a relisting they will have to issue an AD in advance which would surely serve as sufficient advertising at the appropriate time. So I don’t see their silence on the matter as an indicator either way, relist or takeover. | vatnabrekk
09/10/2024 08:32 | 'How does a listing give bank of america any chance of turning a profit on its hundreds of millions of shares?' I've always been curious as to how TENDE automatically passes all their proposed Resolutions without consulting us minion shareholders....whic | htrocka2 |
