If a company intends to list it would advertise its wares to the world .
We are Tende ,this is what we do.These are our assets .These are our plans these are our revenues etc.
This is Tende come and invest in us.
A listing and being open and transparent goes hand in hand.
We are the opposite of this and this opposing behaviour goes hand in hand with some form of merger.
Add to this the large shareholders albeit nominees have increased their holdings since the delisting.How does a listing give bank of america any chance of turning a profit on its hundreds of millions of shares?

You may have to do a bit of work with this one....The two URL's below are the same format but for years 2023 and 2024. (The bottom one is in pdf format..and will require opening). The point being that as you scroll down to the page that's headed 'Tunisia Current Situation'(Hydrocarbon Title Map), you'll notice that in the 2023 version, there's no mention of ATOG, whereas in the 2024 version the ATOG Logo is adjacent the right of 'Circle Oil'....it seems that things have moved on since 2023 and included in the 2024 programme by our partner.

These Board members arent interested in winding shareholders up.They are money men plain and simple.Their involvement in yhis project is purely about Berkeley square and fronting a vehicle that will enable connected people to make a fortune.
Hough is the clue and harbour emergy is her principle intetest who in turn are owned by EIG.
We will never know the full scale of the project and i suspect a simple offer the company out of the blue or we will be part of a larger listed group.All hidden with the minimum information in the public domain.8.35 billion of funding with 5 billion disappearing a week before nnpc becomes a limited company NNPCL.

Bron. Page 24 reveals a CLO portfolio acting as security for reinvestment in eligible assets. Up to $3.2bn is available for spending on low-risk investments, the period having recently been extended to July 2027. That news broke on 16 Oct 2023. On that very evening Sherl0ck got excited about something, then pretty much knowingly, departed the scene. Whoever the hnws are who hold those bonds, tradable on Euronext until their 2051 maturity date, they have probably built up a large shareholding too in inTENDE. No clues whatsoever as to who or what is behind it all.

Consider this bunch... EIG is a leading institutional investor in the global energy and infrastructure sectors with $24.9 billion under management as of June 30, 2024. We can do no more than wait for the trigger to be pulled.

They've been with....and still are, funded by Trafigura, however, with the years spent here Trafigura have since learnt how this lot operate...ie, band a load of large numbers around and negotiate an upfront payment to push the proposed deal through and wait for the deal to materialise.. In my view, that business model is now dead.The funders, ie, Trafigura, are now taking a more 'hands-on' approach by tightening up on funding and pulling the strings themselves. Gone are the days of...'We like your deal, here's a bag load of cash for you...now just get on with it.' Having realise that over the years a lot of cash has vanished into 'Black-holes' classified as 'over-heads',. the milestones and time tables have now been tightened so as to eliminate the continual $6m year on year losses....that have produced little or no returns.

The brief in my view was for sirius to put together the funding for a huge project.The putting together of this project had little or nothing to do with our board of directors.The vehicle sirius now Tende enabled high end individuals to build up huge amounts of shares so that when the project is in a position to be taken on by another group /entity.the big investors collect.
The incoming group has a fully funded project involving crude oil gas and polymers.that will only grow and provide huge revenues.The payout to tende somehow factored in to the funding.provided by tende in the form of sirius funding plc

I'm still of the opinion that debt is being repaid in tranches and until it's settled, they can't say 'boo to a goose'...the point now is....will the AR at the end of the month, with its post event comments,... be 'censored'?.

Bron, Because they have become accustomed to not having to answer to anyone. being unlisted, they dont care about small investors and they are happy to trundle along and continue to soak up salaries etc for themselves.
