They knew that the head of Sonangol and the top man at ETU were going to be together in the same building, under the same roof, at the Angola AOG Conference. IF this lot did not take the initiative and the advantage of this union...then we must assume...the Angola deal is dead.

The question now is.....where do we go from here?

It makes one wonder where the problem lies....Sonangol and ETU are known to each other and partners in other ventures...which tends to point the finger at TENDE.

Tende should remove the 'proposed' Angola 'waffle' from the JP site, just as they did with Bobo and his failed Ororo video, until the deal is confirmed as 'over the line'.. It's misleading and gives a false, overblown impression of the company that does not exist and is just an illusion.

Sonangol looking at privatisation in 2026. Disposing of stakes in certain assets, it is pushing on with its own substantial programme of new opps in Angola and neighbouring countries. $370m is not something they are going to turn their backs on.

That’s a worry. If ETU are talking about various blocks but not mentioning 18 or 31 then I’m concerned why that is the case!

Surprise surprise nothing from the conference for us.

not a peep about tende or our joint blocks.

I'm suprised we haven't heard any thing yet...however, look at the facts,5% deposit paid, ie, £18.5m, no mention of Blocks 18,31 or 27 by any one including ETU. However, without the confirmation of this deal going through, it's hard to see how a 2p share price can be justified by JP and should be reduced...with Angola deal removed from the site and apologies given to those that bought in at 2p.

Look out for an announcement from ETU. If anything has been signed off that is most likely where the initial announcement will come from.
