Giving the Monarch & local inhabitants Shares is a pump in itself.

Australian mining, CEO sharks have always been swimming in UK Waters. Churchill Mining disaster is a recent example.

Over the years the pumping of Sirius has been done by private investors, not CF, so not sure what would be the point of any investigation?

Unless you want tighter regulation of what is written on here and elsewhere (which might be no bad thing).

SXX used to be AIM but moving to Ft250 has anything changed?They behave like an AIM company.

Complete crock from start to finish. Its been littered with lies, pumps, obscene salaries and then the cherry on the top CF blasting pis. The whole thing has been one corrupt scam after another. Good riddence and hopefully Cf gets invetsigated for all his dishonest bullshiy he is duly hung.

I think it is interesting the share price has jumped exactly to 5.5p implying absolute certainty this deal will go through. I think it probably will but obviously there must be some risk of failure........ and then where will that leave shareholders?

That said, while this is a blow for long term holders, it is great news for the employees, for the mine and for the north-east. I get the bitterness on here but objectively the deal would be a good outcome, as it means a far greater likelihood of the mine being built.

I took a 3k punt and will lose over half but it was only a light punt. I feel for the locals who seem to have been taken in. The company should have taken great care in advising them on the over arching risks. At least their jobs may be protected so it could be worse. In years of investing I take no pride in laughing at others misfortune. Perhaps you may too one day learn this Applegarth. I'm sorry for you.
