Got our Saga home renewal this morning for £154.61 from £132.86. Well last year they tried to raise it to £200 and it got knocked back to £132 because they had to match comparethemarket. Npt worth messing this year, they have pitched it right. However, how £150 pays on one million cover plus 75k contents, don't know. Ok I live in the safest place in the Universe, deepest Tory Derbyshire Dales, but still.

'There are very strict rules regarding information'

There may well be but it does go on. I have compiled good evidence over many years. I think you are being rather naive. PHOTO-ME just the latest example this month.

Yes retailers are having a torrid time however Saga is not in the retail sector.

If you were a predator you would think now would be a good time to pounce with the shares trading at a quarter to what they were a couple of years ago and at a large discount to NAV with 3 million customers but no PI's know what is going on behind the scenes. Only the funds and big banks do.

Peel Hunt target.
At 58p shares are stuck on a P/E of just 7;
JP Morgan target 80p (P/E 9.8)

How can any serious investor take target prices seriously?
A modest amount of research in recent years studying target prices and eventual outcomes would be amusing.
