As expected, but I think it answers the questions over deliberation to get shareholders to pay for proving up, then have the asset spirited away to someone for a song.

As suggested the best line is attacking the limited liability status, which would potentially make directors personally liable.

It's been set up ....The ONLY hope is the judge being impartial and ordering a immediate sale of the mine ....Plenty buyers for the actual Copper produced.... Glencore being 1

Well if they are among the secured creditors, why is it a surprise that they are refusing to pay RMM for copper deliveries when RMM owes them a lot more? Surely a blind man would have seen that train coming!

Not sure what they are thinking......But my thinking is to risk loseing the lot ..... they have insider information on who is going to take control...Imo this mine will be bought for NO were near actual value as of today. That's why a Court ordered auction process touted to all global Copper mine buyers ... needs to be ASAP To give any hope whatsoever of shareholders receiving a penny !

Copper owed i presume. But they are now breaking the law under the judge's ruling This debt should have been frozen. Imo it's been a complete set up ....Only hope judge rules that the mine has to go to auction ASAP ! Metals Media as to saturate potential buyers and quick !

What does RMM owe them 4.5M for? And if that's the case why would RMM expect Trans to pay them anything? this whole situation gets crazier every day.

As I've said in earlier posts....Glen are actively seeking Copper in Canada... and they are not alone. SP Angel value RMM at 1.68 ukand they are not alone either. Let's put it this way..... you will never see RMM at under 10 pence again !!

That's true excellance, but the buyer gets the benefit of those tax losses even if he pays $1 for the company! (Not suggesting that will happen, just saying!)

On a positive note, the accumulated losses over a decade have value for a cash rich tax paying buyer.

Indeed amaretto, how much value would a buyer put on it, and how much would they be prepared to lash out and commit IN TOTAL. Clearly they will want to pay as little as possible, and if there is only one interested party with no-one bidding against them, then that is likely to be very little to shareholders. But if two or more are bidding, then, well who knows!
