20/2/2023 10:29 | I have sent an email to the NOMAD. I'll let you know if I get a response. | vatnabrekk
20/2/2023 10:17 | A recent red flag ....They have not hedged any more Copper at over 4 ! Why ? | amaretto1
20/2/2023 09:33 | Taken every body for a ride. All NEWGEN have to do is extend the loan by 12 months !!!Copper stay at around 4 So ask yourselves what is the real reason ???It's to basically STEAL the Asset !!! | amaretto1
20/2/2023 09:17 | we either got a very clever ceo with a plan which is going to make us all very well off, or it’s now certain this ceo is going to prison, if no plan it’s then very simply fraud as he took the prim investment very recent, on what would have been fraudulent untrue information given to prim to invest. | rental
20/2/2023 08:52 | "Rambler remains in discussions with several groups as the Company seeks to restructure its finances." | skif
20/2/2023 08:20 | Agree .... TB no real assets ... Brad plenty !! He will be the direction...I've already taken legal advice from family lawyers | amaretto1
20/2/2023 08:15 | Looking at the facts, the res's, the decisions, its hard to see any judge allowing the BoD to keep the limited liability to directors. | pensionplanner
20/2/2023 08:07 | I'm sorry but every RNS every decision seems to confirm fears that have been suggested about RMM. Someone is likely to pick up a very cheap billion dollar asset, and someone else might receive a big brown envelope if they don't end up owners of the asset, and perhaps scrutiny of whoever came up with the deal. | pensionplanner
20/2/2023 07:50 | Not really.... it's just explaining clearly the default on the gold off take..We are starting to get numbers Newgen numbers next ? This week could be telling | amaretto1
20/2/2023 07:47 | It's getting worse! | vatnabrekk
20/2/2023 07:36 | It's odviously been used during the dip in copper price .....We don't seem to have any new debt taken onboard during this time. It's not a huge amount.... priced in Canadian dollars...It all looks to becoming to a head to me .... maybe this week !! Dates etc etc | amaretto1
20/2/2023 07:31 | They've obviously sold the gold and spent the cash. | excellance
20/2/2023 07:23 | Infact it's giving numbers to the last default.....so we are still at 2 !! | amaretto1
20/2/2023 07:11 | Another reason appears !! U can't make this up | amaretto1
19/2/2023 21:01 | The known Lady Boy >>>> trader465 >>>> only has bad posts the B@stard But is at the other thread Time to use the polkar on any spare hole or is the mop handle more handy. Pay back for the B@stard. Wee have two B@stards now >>>>> trader465 >>>> excellance >>>>> | cielos
19/2/2023 14:30 | elpirata, I'm not claiming that it's true or untrue because I don't know, I was simply pointing out that someone had made the statement on here, and hoping that someone would be able to clarify. Which you have, so thanks for that and for the link. So it is clear from pages 24 and 25 that this comes under English law. So it does raise the question, as RMM defaulted on the loan repayments on 31st October, why have NewGen not acted on this already? Why has this situation dragged on for more than 4 months, and what is NewGen's end-game? I think shareholders deserve a bit more info than the meaningless statement in the RNS “Rambler continues with discussions around its financial restructuring” which tells us nothing and implies deadlock between the parties. | vatnabrekk
19/2/2023 14:03 | LOL must be true then ;-) trader is right, heres the link to the correct information ie the legal charge, read it for yourself & note paras 24 & 25 English Law & Courts have exclusive jurisdiction | elpirata
19/2/2023 13:31 | I have no link to it. Someone made the statement on here. | vatnabrekk
19/2/2023 09:40 | What law are you referring to, and do you have a link to it? Looks cut and dried to me. The loan is secured against the asset, RRM has defaulted on the loan, so the lender takes the asset. | trader465
18/2/2023 15:58 | I think we've been told on here that NewGen are prevented by law from confiscating the assets. | vatnabrekk
18/2/2023 15:26 | Newgen may want proof that Ming can operate profitably before making any further commitment. Obviously suppliers will probably not supply on credit and risk not getting paid, so any supplies will have to come from cash flow. It's good that Newgen haven't just confiscated our assets, but we are on a knife edge. | excellance
18/2/2023 11:58 | A total disregard for Shareholders ! SP Angel what are doing ? | amaretto1 |
