The Mine is worth 250 million accounting for the proven resources. Even a distressed sale would imo easily achieve 100 million. Several active Copper buyers are in the market not just from the mining community. At 100 M fire sale less debt of 50 million... would give shareholders 25 -35 pence !

Vatna. They are a waste of space, but they can easily hide that if few people actually contact them. Much harder for excuses if loads contact them, and even if they just fined the company, that would be a de facto reason for the company directors being liable for the losses losing the indemnity of public limited liability.

Amaretto. As I understand it you were stating that the contract was under Canadian law, which in fact it wasn't, but luckily the protection from bankruptcy, rather like the states, can shield to a certain extent but it won't change the agreement terms, which were absolutely horrendous from the start.

A really useful figure to know would be the total amount owed to creditors/ number of shares

Advfn is useless for that, and the pdf's filed are as clear as mud

If a "new" (lol) investor were to invest £100m into our by design distressed company, they would own 95% of the equity.

As discussed hundreds of times before RMM could and should have arranged a better financial package, didn't have to take the Newgen offering, but CHOSE to.

They could have arranged a rights issue with warrants to existing holders, and a bond sale, but no, they chose their corrupt mates.

Let's hope city regulators sanction or jail the directors involved...

Glencores Kidd mine in Canada is no walk in the park ... mining wise. The mine sits significantly below sea level .. it makes the Ming Mine Copper recovery look like a open Pitt !!

It is the huge potential, and the need for lots of new capital, that makes this a prize worth going to jail for.

The plan to make sure the business fails to deliver us on a silver plate to the money men, crooks in suits, so they can remove, or massively dilute, existing holders, and essentially legally steal BILLIONS OF DOLLARS,,!!

Now we know why they delisted from the TSX in favour of a London listing on AIM, where there are no rules and theft is legal, because London is the most corrupt city in the world.

Mkt cap 9 million....Debt 25 million UK .... investment 100 million UK ...Your looking at 15 pence per share. At a possible measurable 200 M PA Turn over X valuation of a lowly PE 4.SP 55 pence !! CU at 4.

So going on what's in the public domain regards figures etc Resource wise....G valuation is 1.66 per share. Take 7 to 10 discount 1.50 U cannot argue with above in anyway.A investment by a major of approximately 75 to 100 million....To achieve 25KT. PA would turnover 200 million PA .......RMM are definitely in Major space !!!

So basically like a few of us on here .. have mentioned....Newgen were or are trying to steal the mine .. wipe out shareholders...Now this situation as been leaked ..It's FACT ... so who was behind NEWGEN ?? But under Canadian law like i told this board about ... it's very difficult !!! So imo this points to a none Canadian.. probably a London scum bag !!

This looks even more like it was by design.

Whatever we think at present Rambler's assets are distressed assets.

Distressed assets often go for a fraction of their true worth.

So by hook or by crook (pun intended) someone's going to steal shareholder value.

All eyes should be on anyone with any connection at all to Rambler, past or present.

They should have gone into fish farming, then the fishy smell would have been expected.
