re professional valuation, isn't this what they are now seeking, under the eye of an arbitrator?

So many prediction about sale price of rambler ,from 30 millions to 150+ millions .why can't we get a professional valuation without any motives.
TB looks like going to be a history in rmm .we hope new CEO will act for the benefit of all stakeholders not spend 300k in a restaurant .

No chance ..... it has 30 million UK pounds debt .....With a asset worth at least 250 million and that's been very conservative. With a capability of producing 20 -25 k per annum. Newgen will not succeed with this plan .....Employees 200 plus at least 100 dependant... many of the primary work force are RMM shareholders !!

I wouldn't be surprised if they pay just enough for the company to pay off its debts and loans.
Hope I'm wrong though.

I wouldn't expect it to go for too much, not enough for most of us. As it's failed to wipe its face with two management teams. So less than 10p IMO.

We have been able to bundle a large shareholding already in the RIG investor group and doing great work to protect shareholder interests. Please join us as it would be amazing to have more investors onboard.https://discord.gg/zGfv6Kgv

LOSER ALERT! LOSER ALERT! LOSER ALERT!

AMAREPOO.

Hope people here aren't following any investing advice from AmarePoo...

ADVFN's very own laughing stock, who seriously believes he is a Mafia member.
Worse still he admitted buying STX at over 63p, it is now 7p!
Said he had "mentally written it off".
He is also far down the toilet at ENET.

The fool bought AGL at over a pound, now 25p!
I wish you continued bad luck AmarePoo. 😊

You've been warned ⚠️

I've absolutely no idea what the mine could fetch or be worth in a fire sale. But i do know 100 percent Glencore Canada know about it ! Would they be interested.... no idea.

My guess is 120+ millions .so 60 million will be there for shareholders after all liabilities and expenses.we just need few good bidders .they can't do their cheap takeover techniques here as it will be under court supervision.

If there's a sniff of risk to the directors they'll opt for the least risky option, and that is either an outright sale or more likely a diluted bail out.

This company has NEVER been funded properly in over a decade, which is why it keeps failing.

My favoured out is a takeover, so these useless directors and their shareholder group who hired them can be replaced.

I've been led to believe 250 Million ! So your saying 25 million 15 pence .....Or total shareholder wipe out ...Imo something will come back to shareholders..... not a lot granted
