It sounds to me reading all these boards ..... holders are now at realisation stage .... and are preparing for administraton ...Which looks like it's going to be this week ....Anyone actually any thoughts on were we are ??

Rental. My holding is 1.4%. The discord group are teetering on over 20% combined. 25%is a very decisive amount and a strong position to be in should any voting etc occur.
Collectively the cost to get good legal representative (which we have) would be far cheaper and successful. I am hoping it won’t get this far. I believe the crooks plans to shaft us may have been reconsidered given our presence that they are fully aware of.
Would be great to have you both on board to boost us towards 25%. Nothing to stop you joining the discord general group for a look, and all we need is proof of holding sent to an email address we will give you and then you’ll have access to RIG, Rambler Investment Group.
Any holders are welcome to join the group, even the doubters that seem to have thrown the towel in. They may thank us one day.

Sadly I hold over 1.5 percent of Rmm, I also have a friend with similar size holding so will have a look at your group later, I am considering my own private action again the ceo pending how this plays out and have all the evidence I need.

I can only hope the shutdown is to force Newgen into offering a solution to the issues at this time. The nomad will not answer any questions at this time.

Have any of you holders in rambler heard of the discord group that have a very sizeable collective holding in the company. Some of what you are saying is bang on, and not speculation, we have a lot more up to date info. We are building a case for a best outcome for pi’s. We have instructed lawyers and in talks. We have some very articulate and well placed guys on there who are on this big time.

The only saving grace here ....Is actually Brad Mills .....He's still the chairman i presume ? Would he with his past and reputation over see RMM going to the wall ? This would be a serious black mark against a pretty remarkable career...He's a Sanford old boy, and also has strong Canadian government contacts amongst every thing else.

At least today's RNS is another serious breach of Director responsibility to share holders. They defaulted at least 2 months before suspension. They haven't a leg to stand on, regards personal liability as directors. The LTD company cover will not stand up in any UK court.If they are out to steal this asset from current shareholders, which Imo they are

vatna, mention the prim investment and the information given to them to invest, prim was the last major investor we know off and they were given information to invest.
