20/3/2023 07:31 | And how much would a bidder bid purely for that? | excellance
20/3/2023 07:10 | Sorry deferred tax asset $30.53 millions as per 31dec 2022. | didar007
19/3/2023 22:46 | Deffered tax asset was 32millions in h12022 and should be more now . | didar007
19/3/2023 15:48 | That's true excellance, but the buyer gets the benefit of those tax losses even if he pays $1 for the company! (Not suggesting that will happen, just saying!) | vatnabrekk
19/3/2023 13:40 | On a positive note, the accumulated losses over a decade have value for a cash rich tax paying buyer. | excellance
19/3/2023 13:17 | Indeed amaretto, how much value would a buyer put on it, and how much would they be prepared to lash out and commit IN TOTAL. Clearly they will want to pay as little as possible, and if there is only one interested party with no-one bidding against them, then that is likely to be very little to shareholders. But if two or more are bidding, then, well who knows! | vatnabrekk
19/3/2023 12:40 | The question is ....Do we have a proved up 1 billion worth of Copper Is this fact true ? Can the mine produce 20 to 25k T PAAfter a 100 M injection ? New Mill etc .. If all yes ..... We have approximately 130 M expence before shareholders. What would the mine be worth if above becomes the Conclusion ? | amaretto1
19/3/2023 12:29 | Looking at the 2021 YE accounts, and I accept that things have changed since then: Current Liabilities $18.6M Loans and non-current liabilities $29.2M So total Liabilities $47.8M Less Current Assets and Cash $9.9M = $37.9M So anyone buying the business as it stands (or as it stood at the end of 2021) would have to put in $37.9M to pay off loans and other debts, assuming that they wanted to "clear the decks". In addition they would have to put in cash to cover ongoing working capital, and at some point they would have to fund Capex for further development of the mine. That is on top of whatever they pay to shareholders to acquire ownership of the company which of course includes the assets. I Imagine they will want to pay as little as possible for the shares, and presumably the final figure will depend upon how many bidders are competing to acquire it. | vatnabrekk
18/3/2023 17:18 | 100 million should get 20-25 k PA 30 million debt .... all numbers add up ... know matter how you look at it ...Partnership could be on the cards ! | amaretto1
18/3/2023 16:55 | VW we know ,any link about Glencore DD? | didar007
18/3/2023 16:08 | The fact is that the board have massively underestimated the capital required to get this mine into profitable production, and have funded it to fail for a decade. The mine needs a new management team and new investors. | excellance
18/3/2023 15:34 | It looks like VW Germany are one of those doing DD on us. So we have VW and Glencore at present........And the uneducated talk about a 30 million debt standing in the way ...Lol | amaretto1
18/3/2023 11:25 | ok, so my 19p debt per share is too low, and should be 27p p/share | jasperthemonkeygod
18/3/2023 11:09 | And finally Mr Bradbury is bulling up the project, giving numerous reasons, a world class asset he says. Is there going to be anything left for the shareholders ? | mininglamp
18/3/2023 11:08 | I have been looking at the interview Mr Bradbury carried out in July in depth and cannot believe how positive he was concerning the project, more or less ramping investors to buy the shares. Here are some key references he made. | mininglamp
18/3/2023 11:03 | It appears the total Rambler debt is $52m (at current FX rates circa £41m), it is staggering to think the CEO talked about the company being significantly undervalued and suggesting he was happy with the capital position (cash) back in July, the stock was suspended in October pending clarification of the financial position. Clearly the vast majority of these debts were in place in July. | mininglamp
17/3/2023 22:27 | Isn't the debt 30 Mill? | jasperthemonkeygod
17/3/2023 21:05 | Debt $60 millions.so we need to sell for at least $120+ millions. | didar007
17/3/2023 14:26 | It will be far more than debt owed if a bid comes in !! Several are doing DD on it ..Could go to auction | amaretto1
17/3/2023 14:15 | Who feels a stich up on its way. | bsg
17/3/2023 14:06 | That's now concluded and in the very best way possible for shareholders. | amaretto1
17/3/2023 11:06 | I signed up, but I haven't used it, too complicated! | vatnabrekk
17/3/2023 10:51 | It's very difficult to circumnavigate this discord group....Telegram would have been far easier. | amaretto1
