Bon dia ex my friend. My thoughts exactly, 6-1 on the buy last time I looked so someone has had a sniff of something. Hope they smell something more as need to recover some losses here, double blue as well so might see another pop up before the day is out.

Ex, well I hope they have as copper is now $3.07 which at the last results gives them 30c a lb clear to debt with. I did more than 1/2 my holding back in Jan and please I did but wish I'd sold all, but then hindsight is a wonderful thing, just wish someone would give me a little of it. So will sit tight a little longer and see weather I get my money back or we go bust. Is in the lap of the Gods now.

at present the risk reward is too dangerous for me, so i'm staying away until we get clarification. if the price of copper stays above $3 then surely we can turn a small profit and slowly eat away at debt, and maybe just maybe they can survive, but it is certainly not guaranteed because the price of copper could fall by just 5% and we'd be screwed again. also, we don't actually know what the break even is since they halved production, and we don't know if they've ramped it back up again, tho i expect that they have.

The 1 and only interest that Rambler have is "The life of mine" which in turn guarantees their wages. As a very long standing shareholder who believed in the company wholeheartedly and invested heavily to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I can guarantee you will see no return from your investment, they really just do not care. Take your money elsewhere. PS record highs for Gold and STILL losing money. Think about it....

Surely $3 lb for copper must be giving some relief, as am sure the hedge runs out once copper prices passes a certain level so we should be at least be earning enough to pay back the loan

they've has 3 CEO's in a year, so i'm not sure we can blame the current CEO, but the previous two are obviously under suspicion of being incompetent. There have been some significant problems out of their control, namely the price of copper, the ludicrous royalty payments for gold for sandstorm, and most recently the covid pandemic. copper produced was hedged which did protect us for a while but currently that hedge is working against us, but running this mine at 50% capacity was clearly an over reaction that will likely prove very costly.

Yes maybe, but I don't think they would put brass up for 2 years and hope for the best. They must have at least a little inside information in order to take the risk. I sold 605 of mine back in Jan as needed the brass for a new farm and house so at least have reduced the risk some what.

looks like desperation to me. local suppliers afraid of losing money owed have decided that to support rambler at ,east means they aren't writing off losses just yet. its a life line but very precarious, especially of copper prices turn against them, but it does appear that the company may at least for now be breaking even at these prices. actually, if you like a high risk ride, and potentially very high rewards, take a little punt here, but say your prayers and hope lady luck is on your side, or kiss goodbye to your investment!

Looks like we are part way there with local suppliers giving a 2 year boost and some early buying to boot so thing maybe looking a bit brighter. If local suppliers are willing to stick their neck out for 2 years then the big shareholding will take confidence in that and be more willing to stump up at their end.

Actually, I now see why this company delisted from TSX in favour of AIM. I think TSX has a strong compliance ethos, whereas in AIM pretty much anything goes. I am now very fearful of the kind of "deal" RMM will force upon shareholders.

that rns at 4.10 says it all... discussions ongoing production halved but no "there can be no guarantee" clause, probably forgotten in haste. i expect the financier will be taking their pound of flesh, and the question has to be, why didn't the board secure adequate funding in the first place, because in my opinion regardless of covid they still weren't profitable anyway, so a further round of funding was always a likely outcome. is there something stopping the bod from getting funding elsewhere or are they over a barrel?

looking like the end of July target date is a miss, have they still got enough working capital left from that bridging loan to continue operations pending recapitalisation?

Been gathering a bit of interest through the day. Finance sorted? Or just speculators. Based on the resource this is so undervalued!
