I've just spoken to a NEDBasically......Newgen loan is the primary top of the pile creditor. No other debt loan agreement can be paid out. Newgen are in control of this under the default situation. So nothing of real note as changed, but they have had to notify the market. Imo they are getting taken over

They basically stopped paying all liabilities including the gold at the same time ....Newgen loan gold etc .... September 22......The only saving grace on the gold is that it's a small amount ...3 percent of turn over......Totally baffling what's going on ....SP Angel very quiet ... and basically impossible to contact !! Stinks.

This RNS demonstrates the situation RMM find themselves looks very deliberate.

Except the only people they haven't had discussions with are the SHAREHOLDERS! They could still consider convertible corporate bonds at a fixed share price conversion, and without the dilutive effect that a placing would have if ever they return, but some may be forgiven for thinking that anything they can do to issue bad news, dilute or lose the asset they are doing.

They really are not doing themselves any favours on the personal liability front, as I wonder if any court would believe they have handled the company's affairs either professionally or competently.

What's encouraging is the sick individuals camped out on the LSE web site .....continual negative posts aimed at LTS to sell if the opportunity arises on re list. U telling me these are not paid influencers trolls working for someone in the know who wants to collect as many shares possible on re list ....
