i think that outcome is a definite possibility !!! Notice no more hedged copper .. plenty opportunity to do so ...Can't see it being 1.66 .... but definitely far higher than 5 pence !!

Which is approximately 300 M Uk pounds ...... Current mkt cap less debt is 9 million.That is a 33X up lift .....Or a share price of 1.66 .... yes 1.66 uk !!!

Just talked to a mining advisor to none other than at Glencore. On his valuation of RMM. He came back to me two days later with his oppinion. He says with a 1 billion inferred resource of Copper....and with further drilling and a ramp up of production, due to the high grade Copper. You would definitely be looking at a valuation of 500 M Canadian !!

Can anyone please let me know how to get on the Discord group or any other RMM shareholder group for a possible class action. Day by day, it is becoming clearer that this was a set up and that the directors are either complicit or inept. How do you sign an agreement in July and default in September? There were opportunities to raise funds on better terms even as late as July when this agreement was entered into but they appear to have done very little or nothing....Even shareholders would have supported them in a fundraise at that time before the subsequent speeding ticket RNS some 2/3 months later. The whole thing stinks.

I've just spoken to a NEDBasically......Newgen loan is the primary top of the pile creditor. No other debt loan agreement can be paid out. Newgen are in control of this under the default situation. So nothing of real note as changed, but they have had to notify the market. Imo they are getting taken over

They basically stopped paying all liabilities including the gold at the same time ....Newgen loan gold etc .... September 22......The only saving grace on the gold is that it's a small amount ...3 percent of turn over......Totally baffling what's going on ....SP Angel very quiet ... and basically impossible to contact !! Stinks.

Because Newgen are senior and take priority. All other debts are in a queue.
