I wonder if they are at 'the last knockings' with the German tax authorities (somewhere in the Repperbahn!) and would like to announce a settlement and a final distribution with the figures. That is wishing much!

PVCSS has just announced on its website that the Company’s Accounting Reference Date has been extended until 30 June 2021 to allow more time to resolve issues in Germany. Last year's results were issued on 19 March 2020!

I hope the news from the German Tax Authority is good after all the expense taking them to the Repperbahn!

Directors still drawing salaries on mostly our money.

If they do not flag up distribution I think a personal visit to 'button hole' them is in order.

FYI I spoke to Ian at PVC briefly today - they are aiming to release financial update in the next 4 weeks or so. He advised keeping an eye on the website.

I think things might become a little clearer when the company files there annual results.

Call me cynical. I wonder if some of the 'insiders' will be picking up shares in the auction prior to the accounts being published.

There is value here (I hope!) - leave them in your SIPP ZCaprd7 - in my humble opinion.

Well a market is to be made!

I was contacted by 'Asset Match' who confirmed the first auction will be on the 28th.April.

From the address it looks like an associate of Shore Capital. Surprise, surprise.

Last year they released their preliminary results on 18th.March.

O.K. with Covid they can delay.

So that lets the senior management linger in the red light district a while longer.

Well the full year results should be out mid March. I guess they need to be back for that.

I wonder how they will conduct the AGM later in the year? I guess they will play the 'Covid' card and do it by ZOOM even if the 'lock down' is over. They will not want the likes of me and zcaprd7 turning up and giving them a hard time.

As long as the majority of the cash is still there and they are making progress with the German tax authorities then fine.

IIRC, the "whole board" now consists of just 2 NEDs & the CEO.... You know what they say about 3 being a crowd though - especially in the Reeperbahn...
