zcaprd7, I think you and I should go over to Germany and check out this 'business'.

It appears to make no profit. These sorts of businesses have gone out of fashion somewhat over the last few months.

I am annoyed I did not go to the AGM.

The management need a size 9 up their behind.

One year negotiating to sell a 'basket case' business, what are they on? I will answer that, salaries that do not represent good value to the shareholder.

They should just liquidate the whole company now.

The results of the AGM are posted on the web site.

I did not manage to go - I should have done in retrospect.

A whitewash know doubt.

Lots of shareholders not voting.

I think I will write a letter to the Chairman as no emails from me to the company are ever replied to.

A complete disgrace. What do they get their salaries for?

It must be coming near to an announcement?

I remember they had one final payment from an old contract due in the later part of 2022.

Maybe they are waiting for their next salary check err this payment.

I wonder if we should get together a group of like minded shareholder folk and go and pay these fellows a visit.

There is nothing like a 'size nine' put in the threshold and verbals.

Just my 'South London' opinion.

Now the financial year has ended they have nine months to file accounts.

One hopes we will hear something long before that.

I guess the incumbent management have not stopped paying themselves for doing f... all.

They never reply to my mails.
