Indeed, I don't think the listing will be worth much, but I expect the German operation to be sold for more than £1 to the management... Its not a distressed sale or anything?

zcaprd7, if the quote was worth some 'hard earned' then I could get close to your £1.50. If all goes well in 'the new world' £1.20 would be tops.

zcaprd7, I will 'eat my hat' at £1.50. A quid would suit me. I will not buy more now although the risk reward is better now than my entry point. As long as the management do not run off with the cash we should be fine. The £2.0 million distribution was partially contingent on £1.0 million being received from a miscreant client. I bet your gold stocks are doing well for you.

Maybe there is some news due, the final settlement was due before H1 and the contingent £2m distribution was meant to happen in q3...

zcaprd7, I am happy holding here. There is real cash on the balance sheet which hopefully will eventually be distributed. As to much of the rest of the stock market. it's like the Titanic, the ship has struck the iceberg although many of the passengers are completely unaware. Are you still at a quid for a final receipt?

Not sure, I think we are due news by end of H1 on the final award, and further cash distribution?

Just caught up in the wave, everything is perky at the moment, all the money is coming back in and even pvcs is catching some of it.

Something brewing here, seems a bit perky of late?

gbj, thank you, I think I am going to be patient. I do think the poor old consumer is not going to feel wealthy after all this. The savings rate is up already. The 'man in the street' is going to be risk averse for a while. I do not know anything about SCS or DFS and their current ratings. Do people buy sofas and carpets on line, probably not so they will need their physical store presence unlike some other retailers. I don't think there is a quoted garden centre group. I think the two big ones are owned by VC's although I might be wrong. Tesco owned Dobies but sold.

The pubs might come back once lockdown ends and the sun keeps shining. Next year there will be the Olympics and all the other supporting events that were cancelled. So a pub share might be a prudent move, if one requiring a bit of patience. I wonder if companies like SCS and DFS will do well in a few months. All those people sitting at home, thinking "this sofa or these carpets need replacing". I imagine garden centres will do good trading one the pent up demand is released.

I guess you can even buy car batteries on line. I think I would avoid all 'bricks and mortar' retailers going forward. Now don't mention my 'pub' stocks. I think Warren would have sold out of pubs if he had owned them like his airlines. Trouble is I like a pint at 'Spoons' and Fullers. Don't follow your heart follow your hand! Maybe I will sell and put the funds in to P.V. which is cheap in my view.

Very wise... I was tempted by Halfords yesterday, there must be 40m flat batteries out there!

zcaprd7, the only property stock I have is Mountview as I recently sold out of my other property stock Daejan.

Hi, just a small position in my Lisa, along with countrywide and sigmaroc, it's supposed to be property related as it's for a house deposit...

zcaprd7, we must be thankful in these troubled times that 'Greg' has not got a '99 year lease' on this board. Poor fellow. Please tell me you have no long interest in Intu?

zcaprd7 not sure. I have now decided to go to the AGM and give the management a respectful ear bending about the slow pace/snails pace of final distribution.

Are Germany running a proper furlough scheme? I suppose the UK Bod could, but why would they?

zcaptd7, I am quite tempted to go to the AGM in June and 'button hole' the management. I think they probably know most of the private shareholders just want them to put this company out of its misery and distribute the .... cash! Fancy attending with me?

I wonder if the cash burn is significantly reduces right now, the staff would be furloughed and the government paying their wages. How much of their 2m cash burn is staff costs?

Well, quite, but any significant transaction will get delayed, and any deal put off until there is some stability...

zcaprd7, the gold price seems to be ticking up which must help I guess. I still think the management here will not run off with the cash and will eventually distribute all. O.K. most missed out buying at the recent bottom on most stocks, however this could be a 'dead cat bounce'. I like shares distributing cold hard cash - ideally now rather than later.

zcaprd7, have you topped up? I am stasis right now. Cash is king so if these folk would just distribute we would all be happy. The only other thing that seems to be safe is food retail. Now who would have predicted that.
