zcaprd7, I have e-mailed I.R. this afternoon and asked if anyone is making a market in the delisted shares.

I will report back the response.

It might take a while mind, as the whole board might still be in the Reiper Bhan spending company money.

Hmm, no idea, I suppose I'd like to see what the underlying business looks like?There must be a chunk of cash still on the books though?

What is your estimate of the final cash distribution amount prior to winding up the company?

I am thinking £6.0 million if the German Tax issue goes away. Maybe I am being far too optimistic after the visit by the CEO to the Reiper Bhan!

My personal view is hold lots of cash for some 'interesting' situations after 'lock down' ends.

I wonder what the P.V.Crystalox Solar management are doing to earn their inflated remuneration?

I really look forward to attending a couple of AGM's this year, if COVID 19 allows.

If that is the case I look forward to the next AGM to ask some searching questions of the management - like what was the address of said establishment in the Reiper Bhan!

Let's hope the management are, as usual, honest and slow.

Wow! now just look at Tesla and Bitcoin today. The stock charts of these two are looking like 'Tulip mania'.

I only wish one thing, the cash is still there and in a decent bank.

Let's hope the management has not used it to by Bitcoins or Tesla stock!

They can no longer be held in an ISA, but can in a dealing account.

You basically own part fo the company, as before, but cannot sell them on the normal stock market. You can sell them, you just have to find a buyer yourself.

There was talk the comapny will still close and return cash to shareholders. I think those still holding expect and are waiting for this to happen.

Anyone have any idea what happens to our shares now? I chose to hold and my nominee account showing 0 value. Are people opting for certificated shares or just holding on, hoping for a payment of some kind? TIA

zcaprd7, I think your miners should be O.K. The bets on the market decline look a little premature. It looks like Biden has found May's 'magic money tree'.

This debt frenzy will end badly although I cannot tell you when.

Now back to PV, I wonder if their tax issue is solved with the German authorities soothes can do a fine distribution of OUR cash?

An email back from I.R. at the company.

They will still produce half year results and they are evaluating a matched bargain service for share trades.

When I email the investor contact at P.V. I am going to ask if they will publish half yearly results together with asking if they know of any 'matched bargain' off exchange brokers dealing with share sales and purchases.

KP, I *think* the message board stays.

E.g. If you look at LEAF, or PUR, the message boards stayed when they delisted.

(In the case of PUR, another company adopted their ticker, so that message board now shows the price charts etc for that, and investors in the new PUR appear to post about that on the old board rather than having created their own new board. That could make it hard to spot posts relevant to us if that happened here, but we could always look under each others profiles to search that way?)
