Glasgow's close enough for Protos and PHE to attend the Conf. and shout from the rooftops.
They've just got to market themselves in the US

Heads of Terms agreed for commercial DMG site

18 December 2017

PowerHouse Energy Group plc
(“PowerHouse” or the “Company”;)

PowerHouse and Peel Environmental Ltd announce Heads of Terms for siting of initial commercial Distributed Modular Gasification System

PowerHouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), the pioneer in distributed waste-to-hydrogen production, announces that it has reached a Heads of Terms with Peel Environmental Ltd (“Peel”), a company at the forefront of developing infrastructure for the waste and environmental technology sectors in the UK, for a 25 year lease to site its initial commercial DMG® System. The new one acre site (“the Site”) is conveniently located near the University of Chester, Thornton Science Park, where the PowerHouse G3-UHt Research Demonstrator is operating.

After evaluating a number of sites throughout the UK with Peel and Waste2Tricity Ltd, the Company has determined that this Site represents an ideal location for its first commercial system. The Site has access to the National gas grid, the commercial electrical grid, and also benefits from excellent road and waterway access.

Terms of the lease with Peel are expected to be finalised in the New Year. The Company, working in conjunction with Peel, will immediately commence the planning and permitting process as required, with the signing of the lease contingent upon achieving approvals by the appropriate authorities. Surveying activities and initial site engineering will commence in early 2018 as previously projected by the Company.

So strange that you continue to challenge Powerhouse 'mismanagment' and yet you are quiet on AFC ! a company who have done nothing and do not expecy to gain income for many years down the line mmmmmm !.

I agree its taking time, but my point is if there was mismanagment by Peel the much bigger company Biffa would walk away, they do not need Protos !.

So call Peel or Powerhouse and ask some question and please post your Q&R here. Thanks.

Nope. and I am entitled to challenge the mismanagement . I am here in the hope that the tech works and someone buys it off these incompetents

It's the same time span (less a few months) for Biffa. It's the time it takes ! If you don't like it SELL and move on - good bye

Rather than blah blah blah at every opportunity, why not contact Peel and ask a question or five !. You won't because your running an agenda here and making on the spikes and dips.

The tech may work but the mismanagement of its implementation is unbelievable

Surely given the absolute enormous problem with plastic waste if the technology this company claims to have was feasible and a solution to the plastics problem it would have been adopted by every country in the world.

I'm not sure this is telling us anything new. I believe this is an overview of what has been achieved in 2020-21, not necessarily recent events. The preliminary site clearance for the PHE site was carried out in December last year.

It's not a case of just building a plastic park and burning a load of single use plastic+ to make hydrogen. Add a hydrogen fuel station for buses etc and away we go. The 'hynet' project is massive and will need to link all !.

Peel get a mention so I'm presuming it's through Protos.

Maybe not best outcome for shareholders, I was convinced about a company held for years and a large shareholder got place on the board, then came the offer when the share price was in the doldrums not the product potential and just at the point when lth would get their rewards a pittance was offered.. It was a profit but not worth the wait. The product idea and business model is great here, we don't know everything behind the scenes, but when a linde man gets on the board and tie in with hui... And phe you couldn't discount a takeover

Although, to be fair, when I heard Yeo speak on the Zak Mir Sunday Roast podcast, he made a very good case for PHE and how it might be rolled out.

However, not a good look when found in court to have made misleading statements when a director of another company.
