Looks like Aleksandra is not only attractive but a dynamic business woman. Working in Poland with Howard White will probably bring a lot more business, particularly in Europe. Hopefully this will benefit all the shareholders, both big and small over the next period of time.

Amazing volume so far, should churn out some of the lower price holders and move the price up a bit more this afternoon.

Don't want it to go to high yet still have quite a few more to buy over next 12 months.

2 years time will be over £2 billion m cap my guess.

Linde will have been all over the DMG unit and procedure, and more than likely more than help it across the line with greater expediency

Why not ask the alarming number of directors that have left recently what that might imply they thought about the company.

By my assessment based on the exodus of directors I find it very disturbing to see so many directors leaving in such a short space of time and to wonder what that might infer about the outlook:

EXODUS OF THE BOARD MEMBERS

1) PHE (Announced 12/10/2021): Non Exec Director - Kirsty Gogan - leaves.
2) PHE (Announced 27/9/2021): Non Exec Director - Allan Vlah - leaves.
3) PHE (Announced 20/7/2021): Chairman - Tim Yeo - resignes with immediate effect.
4) PHE (announced 30/6/2021): Director & Corporate Finance expert - James Greenstreet - will leave after 2022 AGM.
5) PHE (announced 30/6/2021): Director - Mark Berry - will leave before 2021 AGM.
6) PHE, 30/6/2021 (announced 20/11/2020): CEO - David Ryan - leaves.
7) PHE, 31/3/2021 (announced 23/10/2020): Chairman - Cameron Davies - leaves.
8) PHE, 10/8/2020 (announced 10/8/2020): Director - Brent Fitzpatrick - leaves.
9) PHE, 1/2/2019: CEO - Keith Allaun - resigns with immediate effect.

I make no accusation of wrong doing.

This is without doubt the most positive news for a very very long time. When you look at ceres or ITM for example and look at who their partners are, it's clear that PHE needed someone with technical expertise and you can't really get better than Linde. The HUI guys deserve a lot of credit here because they are going to make PHE holders a lot of money.A great week for velocys and Powerhouse....
