LOCATION:



Powerhouse Technology Centre, Brackla, Bridgend, Wales (main location)

Atlantic House, Charnwood Park, Bridgend,

Thornton Energy Centre, as required (expected infrequently)





OVERVIEW:



The role leads all technical support activities at the newly developed Brackla industrial Research and Development Facility and is responsible for ensuring all equipment is serviced and in good order, as well as the implementation of new equipment or equipment modifications to support progressive R&D activities.



Directly supports the Head of Tech Dev and R&D Engineer, in practically and safely turning R&D ideas and designs into practical and operable systems, and supporting the operational testing of systems with the R&D Operator, on equipment ranging from bench top laboratory equipment to a 2.5 tonne per day pilot system.



Leads technician works on both mechanical and electrical equipment, with specialist trade support where required.



The role will have broad responsibilities ranging from installing, uninstalling, servicing, fixing and operating equipment, to assisting with problem solving, providing specialist advice and assisting with the practical planning of R&D activities.



The opportunity is well suited to practically minded multi-disciplinary applicants or those from either Mechanical or EC&I backgrounds, who have a sound appreciation or understanding of the other discipline. Applicants experienced in environments where flexibility and a can-do drive for the end goal has been critical are most welcomed.



Boundaries, limits and equipment are going to be pushed by the team and new ideas are going to be tried, and not all successfully – the role needs someone who is adaptable and loves a challenge and an opportunity to be innovative and creative with solutions.







KEY OBJECTIVES:



1. Lead Engineer for all technician support R&D activities for DMG Technology, at the Brackla Facility.

2. Practically and safely enact R&D ideas, designs or changes into practical and operable systems, and supporting the operational testing of systems with the R&D Operator and R&D Engineer.

3. Provide practical expertise support for design, optimisation, commissioning, and operational activities for commercial applications, when necessary

Could it be they think PHE is going bust so they asked them to buy out their shareholdings in Engsolve before the PHE lights go out? Hard to judge what Engsolve is really worth because a large proportion of their revenue was presumably fees paid to them by PHE, which now looks as good as dead for the time being if you ask me, so the same for Engsolve? Interesting this comes in the same week that HUI seem to have indicated they don't expect waste to energy revenues any time soon (which again, may bode badly for PHE's prospects, as the two are inter-related) hence HUI buying into White's cannabis farm in the alleged hope of some dividends from there, although I suspect HUI may end up paying out more than they receive short-term if my thinking is right.

Sub 0.4p seems obvious.

I guess that Engsolve had to be bought given the two main people or the only two had PHE in their pocket by way only responsible and knowledgeable engineers left on the PHE team? Time will tell.

So was the real reason why White sold his PHE shares because he wanted to buy a cannabis farm and now it seems he is getting HUI to help him fund it.Funny how stock market companies like PHE and HUI seem to end up diverting their cash into his private entities, like W2T and now a cannabis farm. I make no accusation of wrong doing.

HUI announcement today I suppose proves what some posters have been saying for some time. These companies set up by HW and co are scams.

Took a while to realise and I guess directors who left didn’t want anything to do with it the ones remaining are happy to continue scamming private investors.

I used to criticise the HUI CEO in the interviews that she carried out and await the next catastrophe.


For those left holding shares have a serious think wether you still want to continue to hold.
