I guess Peel are seeing if they can get some Government Money if not they won't proceed. Lett PHE go forward with a lease for the factory & Land and get on with it. Maybe a fund raising will be required so beware you trolls. LOL

Did that Ozzy company tell the press (Global Hydrogen Review) they had signed a technology agreement with PHE giving them the right to use DMG in various territories and they expected to have a plant operational in H1 2024; but PHE are saying today "no agreements are in place and no undertakings have been given, and there is no certainty that any formal agreements will be entered into at all", and my understanding is that PHE are not yet even in a position to issue a warranty on a plant but first need to build and test one themselves in the UK (which could take a year)? So have that Ozzy company misled the market and committed fraud, and should the directors be arrested and barred from holding directorships?

National Hydrogen jumped the gun yesterday by giving a report to the press before the agreement was finalised.

As the agreement has not been signed yet, the BoD have a legal obligation to put out this statement. It is standard procedure.
