As far as I can see all PHE are now is basically Engsolve, with some Engsolve Directors in control, and little else for the foreseeable future. So worth £1m max.

When you look at it together with HUI's shift into cannabis, it's all over as I see it.

Just out of interest, would anyone like to hazard a guess as to why PHE paid £572,000 for 52% of Engsolve in Jun 2023, when they only paid £99,990 for 48% in 2021; particularly as the Jun announcement did not report a 5x increase in Ensolve's profit in between, PHE presumably accounted for a large proportion of Engsolve's revenues anyway, and Engsolve technical staff could perhaps instead have been recruited into PHE at zero cost. I note that both purchases were classed as related party transactions.

For the year ended 31 March 2022 Engsolve recorded a profit for the year of GBP195,155.

Excellent snd positive statements, looking good for the future. 2023/24 outputs should send this one flying.
Just bought a load @ 0.4298 which went through as a sell which proves to me that this share price has and is being manipulated.

All very positive if you see a downward trend to be good. PHE, now punt the company to be another pyrolysis machine kicks it right out EU amp d Scotland unless find existing site?No wonder HUI, turned drug dealer there is no chance they'll build a machine on a fresh site. Dopes the lot of you those that didn't sell when was plus ten pence.
