Dumping shares removed - thanks.

Again you leave the negative only, with no mention of the sales being technical, leaving him now able to get closer involved in the pushing forward the DMG project. Also the fact the white family are still the largest share holders with 19.99%

I think you will find PHE leant Peel money.

It was clear to me from the outset (I can't speak for anyone else) that Peel didn't intend to put their hands in their pockets to put any of their own money into the DMG project, because they were out there looking for banks or investors to invest in the project or to lend to it.

PHE lent £3.8M to the SPV (which was, and still is owned 100% by Peel) to get the "long lead" items into the order chain, but Peel didn't equalise.

I may be wrong, but I will be very surprised if Peel put any of their own funding into the SPV, but I expect they will find funding elsewhere to cover their 50% of the project. It doesn't matter where it comes from, as long as they get it. I have no doubt that the DMG project will go ahead on a a 50/50 basis.

Peel definitely want the DMG in Plot 10B because it fits into their Plastic Park strategy. Companies sorting plastic, recycling plastic, and others disposing of the non-recyclable plastic and using it to produce electricty and/or hydrogen. It all fits into their jigsaw, so they definitely want to have the DMG within it.

What did you expect from someone who I think once wore red shoes, jeans and a striped tee shirt (while also straddling a settee and fiddling with his shoes) for a video interview on behalf of the company, not that there is anything unusual about that of course.

And after he has called David Ryan inadequate and an idiot, perhaps he could explain what experience very very young Josh White bought to the board when he was made a director of W2T in Jan 2012 aged 20, only to resign three years later.

He has a nerve being critical of Peel and only now disclosing the waste to hydrogen claims were just "greenwash".Don't forget it was his private company W2T who set up the original arrangement with Peel, so he should accept some of the responsibility. He should perhaps have obtained a legally binding agreement from Peel early on, for them to fund a first project instead of having casual non-binding word of mouth conversations at weekends on the telephone.

Just listened to the Zak interview with Howard white.

I expected better from New Tech for putting today's White family share sales under the header 'Dumping of Shares'. After listening to the reasons for taking thier holding below 20% I now expect the heading to be changed.

Just do it ✓

HW suggested that Peel didn't want to put their own money into the Protos DMG project. That's not the same thing as saying that they don't want it to go ahead.

Do I hear that rightly. He said Peel's waste to hydrogen claims were just "greenwash", presumably meaning they did not really have any chance of going ahead? Inspite of what was been stated publicly? Has someone thus committed fraud? He also calls David Ryan "inadequate" and an "idiot", something which I disagree. Also why did he and his son's need to sell their shares, if as he previously claimed they now have the right management in place?

Vat nice find.
So anyone who critices Howard White for selling his PHE shares obviously hasn't listened to that podcast. It's more than self explanitory and means he is out of a binding agreement.
I love his enthusiasm and it's obvious to me that PHE and HUI are going to fly very soon.
It's a must listen.

"If I were not restricted and I am...if I could, I would be filling my boots with Powerhouse shares"

While apparently he was in the process of selling shares and had been for some time!

Clothes that are wearable are resold to Eastern Eu, and then chucked on the fire during the winter. There was some press that Roma, Sofia, Bulgaria was buying clothes they was cheaper than wood, coal, ect to burn in a fire. People eventual all become wise to HUI, and those desperate short term good PR.

Sorry but companies like M&S do not have control of used clothes when then go into recycling bins.

These are normally collected by companies that send these items abroad either for re use or recycling.

If he and the company knew Peel were not going to go ahead with the Protos site why wasn’t this announced.

So Howard White has been selling since September 2021 to January 2023, but only just informed the company. Also if family members knew he was selling, surely that's inside information?

The rules state that a seller only has to notify once they drop below the single digit percentage they are in.So if they hold 3.99m they only have to report when they drop below 3%, etc etc.The White family are unlikely to have been breaching that rule, they just sold a chunk very recently that tipped them all below the percentage.
