Absolutely agree. As someone who has held this stock for 23 years I have heard all the broken promises and lies from the directors. Like you say when you are 90% down you have no inclination to sell and just hope one day it may recover but so far it never has and it probably never will.

Petrel has been waiting in the doldrums for 2 decades. From iraq implementing its hydrocarbon laws, building its govt and now finally tendering oil blocks...

...remember that the share price is lying on the floor still and the Petrel is only starting to fly. Its going to be an interesting time to say the least ;)
