05/1/2024 15:00 | Additionally the company would have enough working capital | apotheki
05/1/2024 14:59 | 5p or 5 quid? | taxibabe
05/1/2024 13:50 | Thanks Dusseldorf for POST 21386 Expect at least 50% to be taken up and then for the most part sold but as previously posted overall that would be good as the liquidity in the stock would improve a lot. | apotheki
05/1/2024 13:24 | My short term Target Price for this is £5 Long Term anything is possible | riskyinvestor
05/1/2024 13:08 | Yep, Monecor (London) Ltd picked up the last tranche of 20.8m. | slim pickings
05/1/2024 13:03 | There's a further 14,833,333 that can be issued - but 1,666,666 of that is directors, so i suspect they have to wait to take warrants so they don't tip over % ownership issues. Whether the shares are sold for small change profits depends on whether original placement was to a bucket shop type outfit or 'sophisticated investors' - history suggests a bucketshop in for a quick flip | dusseldorf
05/1/2024 12:50 | LOL Dusseldorf....I did have to as Maths was never my strongest subject at School! By the way do you happen to have the total number of warrants still outstanding from the last placement? If not....no worries....I will look it up. Happy New Year! | apotheki
05/1/2024 12:43 | Apotheki - you didn't need to say 'by my calculations' it kind of implies there's a chance for error - this was literally 18+18+72 ;) happy new year(!) | dusseldorf
05/1/2024 12:21 | By my calculations Turkey and stuffing was nice this year at the Directors houses. | taxibabe
05/1/2024 11:10 | By my calculations the conversion of those warrants has so far provided £108,000 to the company for working capital purposes. | apotheki
05/1/2024 11:06 | If you are currently interested in buying then it looks as though you can not only buy in a decent size but also at a decent price. | apotheki
05/1/2024 10:50 | Yes which as already stated in a previous post will enhance the liquidity which has to be a good thing moving forwards. Additionally PET are basically fund raising at a decent price [all things considered] so will have no requirement for a highly dilutive placement as is typical on AIM Unless at no doubt a much higher share price they do due to say [by way of an example] the funding requirements of a mega oil & gas project in IRAQ | apotheki
05/1/2024 10:31 | More warrants exercised | blakieboy7
04/1/2024 19:58 | Erm, this is not a war thread! Open up a war thread and vent your anger there or go and protest about it! With just 3 weeks left and the licencing rounds closing end of January things should get bloody exciting here for those who believe PET will finally after many years be offered a contract by the Iraqi oil ministry. Yippeeekaayeee to all true holders ;)) | cojones
04/1/2024 17:33 | Back to PET note another 100,000 BUY over on AQSE | apotheki
04/1/2024 14:23 | Israel are behaving like Russia-irrespective of spin both are killing machines. Hamas is also a killing machine , however the do not have the fire power that the Americans are providing Israel. Anyone who would condone the killing of close to 10k children needs to either get there head tested, or seek help. I do not condone any killing irrespective of sides and revenge is not how any government should behave, especially when they are supposed to be democratic!! | 1teemore
04/1/2024 07:22 | Am with Israel Hope they completely wipeout Hamas | riskyinvestor
04/1/2024 06:29 | The Fatah party were eliminated by being murdered by Hamas. | up just a little bit
04/1/2024 06:28 | Hamas murdered their own Palestinian brothers who were the opposition party back in the day. Those who they were unable to kill had managed to escape and live in exile. Fact. And the gullible British march in support. | up just a little bit
03/1/2024 20:52 | First of all the true figure is something nearer 15k not 21k regurgitating Hamas propaganda casuality figures is like talking about the mythical deal for Area 6, not very credible. Second of that figure 8400 are dead Hamas militamen who conducted the biggest masacre of Jews since WW2. A kill ratio of more then 50% is quite good, especially when one considers Dresden, Hiroshima, or Nagaskai, and allow for the fact that Gaza is densely packed. Further, an integral part of the terror groups strategy is to hide behind human shields and then use the publicity to generate sympathy amongst the useful idiots in the West, which clearly includes some on here. None of this mattered to the Irish of course who look the other way where Jews are concerned, just like they did in the Holocaust. Ireland is one of the most anti-semitic countries in Europe, and they can't even blame it on Catholism any more because the country is largely Pagan. Still, as a Petrel share holder I indeed hope sucking up to the Iraqis bears fruit. | taxibabe
03/1/2024 14:00 | No doubt the MM that took the 500,000 [most probably from the warrant conversion] will already have found a buyer! | apotheki
03/1/2024 13:33 | 500,000 trade easily absorbed Shorters close your SHORTS This is going into ORBIT | riskyinvestor |
