flyhi - You want prizes?

We've all been here for many, many, many years and generally have nothing, zero, nada concrete to ever talk about bar what has gone wrong or 'what if'. No tangible revenue, no useful partnership bearing fruit, that ever resulted in anything that brought genuine revenue after 20 years (AFAIK - to date at least)

....so my view is we have *nothing* but boiler plate BB memes/chat to throw at this board if there is a further pump. I'm just making a game of it - no-one has to play - there are no prizes.

...and it wasn't alot of effort, potentially 7 minutes, maybe 8.

Ok, so I guess we're playing - Degens bingo(!) I'm guilty as much as the next person

I've heard a couple of these already, but the full house of phrases to look out for on PET before xmas are (all 1x pts unless otherwise stated):

'The MM's are short on stock'
'Its just people taking profit'
'You can't buy any stock online'
'You can only buy INSERT NUMBER online'
'I can get a quote to sell INSERT NUMBER online'
'You wouldn't want to be out over the weekend'
'I can see it doubling from here' (bonus point for 'easily')
'This will rocket as it's tightly held'
'Just wait for the director buys'
'The all time high was 155p/share'
'Consolidation is healthy'
'I'm in for the long-term'
'There's no smoke without fire'
'We just need a sniff of a deal to rocket' (Rocket to 35p for extra 1x point)
'I have faith in the BOD to pull a deal out of the hat' (obscure, worth 5x point)
'TH/JT will want a big deal before they retire'
'There is a huge amount of potential in Iraq' (Bonus 2x points for PET is well placed)
'Maybe there is a bid coming in'
'Look like an accumulation'
'They're not taking my stock' (bonus points for below Xp)

Iraq’s cabinet greenlights key natural gas sector development with Nahr Bin Omar Field project

Iraqi cabinet approves development of Nahr Bin Omar field, targeting significant natural gas output and carbon emissions reduction

The Iraqi cabinet has recently given its nod to a consequential development aimed at enhancing the nation’s natural gas sector.

At the heart of this development is the Nahr Bin Omar oil and gas field, which is set to undergo an extensive project that marks a considerable advancement in Iraq’s approach to energy.

This development initiative emerges from a partnership between the South Gas Company, associated with the Iraqi Oil Ministry, and the Halfaya Gas Company, which operates under the aegis of the Raban Al-Safina Group.

In line with the government’s robust initiatives to draw investments to bolster the natural gas sector, natural gas has been enshrined as a central element of its governmental programme. The field in question, situated in the strategically crucial southern governorate of Basra, is earmarked for a project that will process in excess of 90 million standard cubic metres of gas each day. This capacity is set to substantially meet the burgeoning energy demands of the nation while simultaneously promoting environmental preservation.

In terms of environmental impact, the project is anticipated to make a significant dent in carbon emissions, with an expected reduction surpassing 8 million tonnes on an annual basis.

The scope of the project is comprehensive, encompassing the establishment of facilities dedicated to the collection and compression of the associated gas extracted from the Nahr Bin Omar field. Additionally, it involves the construction of centralised gas processing plants. These facilities are critical for purifying and preparing the gas for subsequent use or export.

Furthermore, the project includes the laying of an extensive network of pipelines, essential for connecting the production sites to processing facilities and export points. Lastly, the development will feature maritime export infrastructure, which is vital for the transportation of oil products to global markets.

The project demonstrates how Iraq’s energy mix is evolving with the natural gas sector. By focusing on the development of such a strategic field, Iraq is not only aiming to secure its own energy independence but also to position itself as a responsible and pivotal player in the global energy market.
