2. why I am and probably many like myself still hanging around after all this time
3. panr enables me profitable and very predictable trading as described by few ...
4..... comfortably exceed what's required to underpin commercial development.... very important part ..... but I will wait it out to see it happening, soon I hope

as I do not understand much about oil and I do not pretend myself I do - I look for clues.....

1. who is supporting the project and who is not - yet
2. is the project worked on the PR, BB etc fronts - how does it compare to the usual
3. how much money, research, time, drills happened and what is the actual PRODUCTIVE eg cash in - result
4. kind of financing that the Co gets and above all from whom and at what price

it helps me forming my opinion for the time being .... and opinions can change in a minute with a new relevant change in reality

kaos.....this is the trouble here imo.

We all know there is lots of oil in place.....nobody is questioning that......PANR can get as many IER's saying they have lots of oil in place as they wish to get.....but nobody is doubting this.


The doubt is purely is any of it commercially viable to extract ? And if any of it is......how much profit can be made ? if the profit is too low then it fall into the "unwanted" category and nobody will farm in.........simple as that.


Nobody is going to invest 1 billion dollars to make 1 billion and 100 dollars in sales..........100 dollars profit on a 1 billion investment is not worth it. This is the issue here.......can anyone make enough money to make this "attractive"......


If not......then there will be no farm in......and there will be more dilution......and this will be the proof to everyone that these massive oil discoveries and just not commercially attractive to extract.......

I see mr Davids appointment as a cry.

a mixture on several fronts - getting shareholders calm /bribed by an appointment/, getting geo puzzle worked out by bringing in knowledge that David has access to, getting JV partners with his help /none found in the last few years despite permanent open doors and despite world class discovery - called by the panr group and their paid associates and not many more/ and put the project on their shoulders .... comfortable exit ... as predicted anyway....

still no meaningful institutional or industry shareholders makes me think hmmm....... why... if so good.... IT IS SIMPLE ... if one chooses to see

would be interesting to listen to David after a month or two after he gets to know the reality from the inside and after sounding out his personal community opinion about the matter

Why would we be rattled, if PANR do not get a good enough offer to take. I commend them for being firm on terms

Would you prefer an 88e style offer where 60% of the project is sold for $23m

I would suggest they now know what they have, and will insist on a good offer, and will do whatever is best for the time and circumstances as always

Before the next move, waiting on the IERs for Theta West and Alkaid is a bare minimum.

Urghh you still peddling your wares? Imagine no capital raise, why.. I hear you say.. All of the above happens and boom share Price rockets. When are the next drills due? Summer Summer summer time! Pantheon has never been vocal about the play, Now you have a CPR and Data Room with added extras... I think it's time the pantheon started flexing some muscles.

Looks like the rampers and pumpers are getting rattled now........


On the one hand, they tell you this is massive, low risk, proven, worth Billions and Billions..........and its so so good that the world is rushing to try to farm in to this..........

On the other hand, if no farm in happens (yet again)......the pumpers will suddenly tell you that there was some informal offers but the value was not aligned and so.....its better to have massive dilution and retain 100% than take a poor offer........


Well, IMO, after all that money spent - if yet again nobody is interested enough to make a formal offer, one that the Nomad signs off on and its announceed on RNS (whether accepted or not)........ (I dont want to listen to rumours of offers at webinars)....... it will suggest that the industry does not see evidence of very good things and has little interest.........

I mean, so far, even 88E managed a farm out to PMO before for a drill.........PANR has not even managed doing that.......

So its a real moment of truth.......and rightly, the rampers are going to get rattled and very defensive now if no farm out happens..........AGAIN........

Sometimes posts like that worry me, after jeez the last few months why not. I have however just had an epiphany ..... Who would I rather believe or who has my best interests at heart as a shareholder? Is it the likes of Pro and the new guys that have been very vocal, or is it the BOD last decades' work, then I thought of David Hobbs and had a chuckle to myself. I've been reviewing his commentary on pantheon for a good while now and he is now inside. I've concluded I'll just keep adding when and if I can as nothing has changed. If anything I am enjoying the reduced buying price. I now hold more than I ever had. GLA including you pro.

The one thing this data room will show is :

Does PANR really have anything of good value or not.

Because if they resort to another discounted placing, or highly dilutive Convertible Loan/Bond..........well..........we will all know that everyone going to the data room thinks what they have is worth perhaos not a lot.......and dont want to farm in.

So this is the moment of truth now......no farm in means....well....you know.....

Real double edged sword for the bulls and rampers now..........there is no excuse for no farm in........everyone should be bidding billions according to the pumpers........... will they all fall on their swords soon...............wait and see.....
