Cor blimey, guv!

I agree there were oil shows for the whole 5,300ft of the horizontal. That's the problem. There is only 180 bopd from it

"The IP30 production rate is calculated at c.505 barrels per day ("BPD") of liquid hydrocarbons consisting of c.180 BOPD oil, c.325 BPD of condensate and natural gas liquids ("NGLs"), along with c.2,300 mcfpd natural gas, after shrinkage"

Be careful.

So from here, either fund raise or bring partner on board. Both will result in material dilution, however the latter scenario could catch those out who are waiting to participate on a placing.

Tele joining the management team is a welcome addition.

I didn't feel the webinar offered anything new. With greatest of respect to Tele, this management team always seem to find ways of turning a failed flow test into a positive. "Now we know what to do next time". "The reservoir deliverability exceeded pre-drill expectations". share price action post-webinar suggests the market is sick of hearing it.

As for Darcon's Q&A, I see they have again chosen to completely ignore questions from investors about their share sales at 125p. As an investor this would make me increasingly uncomfortable and lead me to having even less trust in them. IMO they played a substantial role in the share price collapse by creating an opportunity for "shorters" etc. to leverage off.

BTW - I was even told yesterday evening that the guild have started banning people who continue to raise this point. Message to those in the guild - be careful about how you use this as its intention is very clearly not to encourage balanced opinion.

I agree that if TW turns out to be what they claim the upside is enormous, even allowing for dilution, and I do expect the share price to return to levels significantly above current. But management credibility a big concern and the market will treat further negative news very harshly.

Disclosure - I hold no shares currently, though I do see them attractively priced at the moment as a speculative play.

Edit: Final note - IMO management have continuously over-promised and under-delivered. This makes it a traders dream and easy target for bear case. I get that a higher share price = more protection from takeover and less dilutive options for capital raising, but every single drill has resulted in disappointment, and even in the success case the success has been below indicated expectations (TW, although still huge, is included in this). Most likely way I play this going forward would be to buy and get out ahead of drill results. If drill results are good I expect management poor credibility will result in a reluctance in the market to fully appreciate initially, which would present a good buying opportunity at that point.

canthelpit, are you stupid or just wilfully deceptive? The IP30 flow from Alkaid, as reported on the 17th, is more than 500 BPD of oil, condensate, and NGL, all sellable + 2.3 mmcfd gas and frac fluids. The gas cap has depressed the flow but seismic and analysis of rock cuttings confirms that 'deeper laterals and downdip locations expected to mitigate gas production and improve oil recoveries and rates'. The volume of fluids flow confirms reservoir deliverability and is better than expected.

My ears are ringing from the sound of every pane in your glasshouse shattering. I would suggest you scan your posts for these very words amongst your opinions.

Did the words in my opinion not register in your mind

Then listen with some concentration to the webinar, its all there, even the log showing oil for 5213 ft

Then consult your masters on what you can say next to undermine the share price, in support of the short agenda.

Maybe produce a verifiable well log showing NO oil contact for 5213 ft,

Cor blimey, guv!

There's a noisy cabal of traders on the board this morning. They've all come out from the guild. They want your money.

They are nothing but noise. Providing only froth for the share price chart.

The next bearish, ascending flag is coming into being. Wait for the 4 week moving average to bottom and await the inevitable fall as the continuation pattern progresses. There are obvious reasons:

A 6-9m roadmap I'd like to see for PANR is: i) an equity raise of no more than $10m to fund the SMD drill (no need for any more at this valuation) ii) significant director buys either in the market (higher impact in my view) and/or in conjunction with a raise iii) a positive Netherland IER iv) positive results from the SMD drill v) positive progress in farmout discussions vi) a much larger equity raise (if needed) at a higher price point to fund the winter program

"Another thing that is certain - the whole of the lateral at AK2 drilled into the oil column"

That rings alarm bells. Even for the uneducated like myself. 180 bopd from 5,300ft. No wonder there is speculation about a gas cap.

Be careful.

One thing that is certain, AK1 didn’t contact any gas cap and flowed 100bbls/day from 6’ of a 240’ interval.
Before you stupidly ask why aren’t they producing at AK1 it’s because AK1 was a test well, not a production well.
Another thing that is certain - the whole of the lateral at AK2 drilled into the oil column.
Not sure why I even bother to educate the uneducated.

I think you have missed out words like "most likely" and "analysis suggests" and "modelling". Your certainty might cost investors more money. There is nothing that is certain. Not even the colour and size of a flare. Better to take the measured results that the company can take to market. Like 180 bopd and declining.

Be careful.

There is a coming wave of understanding re the Alkaid 2 drill results.

It will in my opinion convince all but the most committed denialists, Alkaid 2 has a minor gas cap, and the contacting of that gas cap has reduced the oil flow in the long term test program. The flow without that gas cap interference would have been on prediction of 150b/1000ft of horizontal or better.

Bring on the wave

Why don't you buy 100,000,000 shares and sell them in the US then?

Arbitrage. And tell everyone how much money you make.

not a lot. You'll hear how much cash they have by the end of the month. So not before then. Might be months before they do a raise. First likely drill is the vertical at Alkaid 2. They don't need much for that, $3.5 to $5m or so. almost pocket change...
