Wulber...are your posts actually serious??

On your calculations based on other awards??? You either can't read, are ramping it up to high heaven or just spouting nonsense.

Anyone with half a brain can see it won't get near that on "past awards" unless we are one of a very select few.

You've no credibility in my eyes when you say such things as fact.

GS,

very helpful to all on the board, thanks.

By my reckoning its $32M as at 2006 but then they were making profits prior to loss brought about by a reduction in quality of ore recovered.

CutandpolishRossann If you note the metal tech case, they didn't have jurisdiction Fortunately Oxus DOAnd their case is with merit, so its essentially all about coming to a final provable figure for the value of the assets which were, ahem, misappropriated.

Dave, there is a big question of how it is all handled. It could be quite a while to resolve.

Yes, unfortunately cutandpolished61, you may not like the answer to your(unintentionally) back- loaded question. The answer may surprise you to an extent you should have asked the question the other way around.

Unfortunately, over-arching systemic corruption can meander down through all levels in the system. That's how it prospers.

reflecting on the above do we actually know of an arbitration case won by the uzbec government?

1zabrina. This is what the RNS dated 30/9/15 states. It specifically states that:

"The Group currently awaits the decision of the Arbitral Panel with regard to the merits and the quantum of the UNCITRAL arbitration claim against the Republic of Uzbekistan, the arbitral hearing having taken place in Paris in late April / early May 2014."

Is that statement contained in the RNS a lie, 1zabrina? Is that what you are saying?

I think you are being very devious, 1zabrina and your posts are NOT to be trusted. You are posting your conjecture as fact; you are implying you have inside information.

1zabrina? Filtered.
