Excellent find! Shows that the Uzbeks have accepted there is a problem and are now trying to fix it (citing Oxus as an example). This would insinuate they are already aware of a settlement/ruling against them!

The difference between traders and investors, is that investors don't cause irrational price drops. Also traders don't hold a long term position.Many do both of course and keep a core long term position.Day traders are the extreme case. Arguably they do provide liquidity, but if the mm's are running short of shares, I would prefer them to just raise the bid. That natural rise is undermined by day traders selling. Also is true on the way down. As soon as the tree shake comes, the day traders run for the exit, and that only helps the mm's manipulation game. Thus amplifying peaks and troughs.Sorry, I'm not a big fan of day traders.
