I think one can guess Darwin will find 5 days around 3.25p so will

Update on Arbitration Proceedings


"The Arbitral Tribunal has held that Oxus has standing under the bilateral investment treaty between the United Kingdom and Uzbekistan dated November 24, 1993 (the "BIT") to bring its claims for expropriation as direct and indirect shareholder of the non-UK subsidiaries that have made the investment in Uzbekistan."

although I have zero legal expertise I have always believed (hoped?) that "HAS STANDING" mean't that the arbitration panel may have already ruled out any Metal Tech like flaws hence the announcement that the OXS case "HAS STANDING" 15 months after arbitration procedings began in Aug 2011.

Could be wrong but that's always been my belief/impression/hope.

The longer the absence of a decision from the arbitrators the less likely imho an adverse decision.
There is still no guarantee that OXS will win as presumably the share price would be rather higher than its current share price which is at sub 4p to buy.
