No trades on isdx today. Strange day. Usually with this volume on the main market we see at least 1m trades there.

Still it would be surprising if a settlement left nothing for ordinary shareholders. I doubt that the sells arise from that but rather simply from the debt converted into shares with the former creditor seeking some cash back.

gambling stocks generally no interest to me.. but in for some here today until the end. read some nonsense about, "no leaks" rubbish. ok, if its a tribunal decision, but if its a settlement??? leakage by the bucket full. and that's what seems to be happening now. imvho.

The ARMS Arbitration result came out the the 31st Dec last year (New Years Eve).

Rocketed about 400% didn't it?

Therefore proof the holiday season is not an issue

So if you see a series of buys do you assume good news is leaking out? Do you assume those in the know getting in?

Sometimes when I see a series of sells I wonder if bad news is leaking out. I assume however that the selling is essentially only some of the debt converted to shares being redeemed.

This will be bouncing back this afternoon IMHO..... something prompted the spring yesterday including the 1.6mn buy on ISDX.

Heaven,

ARMS rose 526% on the half day trading even though the award only covered part of their debt. OXS in comparison are debt free thanks to RS' shrewd move to get our creditors to convert at 8p per share. Next week would have been a very different week had that not occurred. So we've a lot to be grateful for. Most here are just sitting back and awaiting the decision.

As someone pointed out to me, the Uzbek legal team are in the U.S. so, to be fair to both parties, any announcement from UNCITRAL is unlikely to be sent before 2pm GMT. That's 9 a.m in New York.
