wulber. If an upwards breakout of an ascending triangle/wedge occurs it's usually between a half and two thirds the way along the length of the upper, horizontal line. So anytime within the next 3-4 months. Could be next week, sometime before the 31/12/15, or sometime in Q1 2016. That's if a breakout occurs. It all depends on the NEWS and when it's released. Fingers crossed we get news before 31/12/15 and it's good news!

BoD don't know but will have a good inkling from legal counsel on how proceedings went.My guess is they believer 80% chance of success with merits.As for award I personally from researching other cases expect 1/3 of top end dcf.Of course Stern and Lolande know the full facts and reading through various mining awards -v- state, they tend to be 80 - 200 pages long, so I think our hold up for 70 days has been dotting i's and crossing t's for publication.I really do think any day now.

Based on average case times and the recent CEO statement wulber's 30226 post has a high possibility of being correct - maybe not known by the BoD yet but the arbitration panel probably know. The VNF statement would not have been released if it was not the case.
