The govt will not regulate as the govt feed from the same food bowl as these pin stripped market monkeys and the penalty is puny compare to the USA.

I only have 20,000 of these and they owe me less than £1,200 which is not much too me so I've decided to write it off to experience.

Markt .. I was quite surprised to see your investment is only about £3,000 considering all the posts and threads created, sometimes it is better to accept you got it wrong and move on .. if you doubt this, ask my first wife!

Mark,I think we need to draw a line under our squabble because its not conducive to anything positive. I've made calls today to Frank L, Mark H and Josepth D. I've been emailing various contacts and have spoken to Bump regarding strategy. As I stated we need a concerted effort and more importantly a single voice. Going off like a scatter gun, without firstly knowing our legal stance would have been ridiculous. As would approaching the IIs and Funds without a clear, concise and plausible pitch underlining the ROI to all.Maybe Mark, you should also talk to Bump so he can judge your business acumen and plough your enthusiasm into something productive rather than some wild, unsubstantiated conspiracy story.R&T

Administration process
Are there any experts out there ?

I guess that the major creditors will prepare a creditors plan....
the biggest owners at OCH Plc are the shareholders (with 94M shares at 60p each of assets...
BUT

the biggest 'creditors' at OCH Plc level are.....the 2 exec. dirs....

If they say 'we'll have that, that and that....and its only worth X'
does anyone know what power the shareholders have to counter that ?

(in theory there is 40-50ME of NAV in the GM, so I wonder if shareholders could reply and say 'for your 3ME debt you can have a % of the GM which corresponds to 6ME, a generous deal/offer' ...and if the dirs. dont agree then it appears that the dirs. would be confirming that the claimed NAV of the GM was false, hence that the accounts are false, and hence that the claimed profit of 30ME in 2009 was false

...and hence (getting there !) that the 2ME bonus for the directors was false )

ideally our action group (which is biggest % after the directors) can force that it can have a part in any discussions, to try to protect shareholder interests

if the Govt. tries.....I expect we may all need earplugs to block out the moans and groans from the City club of brokers and directors etc who have had it so easy for so long, being able to 'regulate' themselves (but of course not doing it, since who is going to punish themselves)

wow, I keep bumping into frauds and action groups at various other listed companies....
and a common theme is that the FSA and AIM Regulators seem to do nothing.

"As you will no doubt be aware Meldex is no more. The demise of Meldex has had a considerable impact on many peoples lives.I have become increasingly concerned that effectively Meldex was nothing more than a glorified scam, which benefited a few with over inflated salarys and perks.

As shareholders we only ever received positive news which was reflected in numerous RNS. I still cannot understand how these RNS's could have been issued when in effect they were blatant lies, however, what is as concerning is the RNS's that were not issued, that were price sensitive, and in my opinion created a false market in the trading of the stock. Had these RNS's been isssued ,as required, shareholders would have been afforded the opportunity to reassess their position in Meldex International PLC.

It is my opinion that the Regulatory Authorities have some serious questions to answer aswell as to their handling of this whole affair"

amazing that the Orchestream replacement Orchid Devel. Group Plc.....was suspended at around 2p ! and criticism of the OCH dirs. as well.
History repeating itself ?!

and one we should keep in mind


one problem though is that the motivated people are most likely to be the ones with lots of shares
and also the ones with direct phone lines during the day !, and useful/skilled contacts


(except me !, I seem to be an inate activist having a go at dirs. at various companies !)
(there appears to be a new scam from directors ...issuing themselves wads of shares..paying themselves 12% on convertable loans..and with 1:1 warrants attached....yesterday at ILX and recently at 3DR (at 66% of mkt price !)

Today, I am feeling that there is no point to invest in AIM or London stocks, that it is all a farce.
