16/12/2012 11:59 | "If the company received a 'bid' in Feb, then goes into Admin in 'Dec', you need to ask serious questions" Good point. But, imho the FSA and AIM are not interested in asking serious questions in anything !. Whether the SFO would, or whether they can be pressured to do so (such as via the press), I dont know. ---- "'shenanigans' around Feb to acquire 30%" I think you mean the 8% of the co. that the dirs. achieved in exchange for not taking cash, for their perceived bonus for claimed profit of 30ME in 2009. I always claimed that no profit of 30ME was made in 2009.....but now that the vote has happened in Feb to agree to what happened makes it harder to change imo, except for showing that the 30ME profit was not real. ...whether the arriving administrator would be interested in a legal case to cancel that bonus ...I dont know...if there was some SFO, FSA or AIM investigation...and doubts about whether the co. was operated in a true and honest fashion for general benefit of all shareholders...then it would be easier imo. The bonus was around 1-2ME...so it was a lot....and OCH Plc will have to pay it as cash now for those capitalisation shares, if pay out 2p/share to shareholders then the dirs. would get 20p-2p for the capitalisation shares (and then also 2p for normal distribution !). As someone posted, if the dirs. had put as much time into running OCH as they did into creating conditions for things like capitalisation shares and EGMs to vote things for them (2 in 2012 !) then maybe OCH would not have gone into administration !!. | markt

16/12/2012 10:20 | Och is involved with UK citizens, ie being on the AIM London, they seek money from UK nationals, the UK nationals have a RIGHT, a Right, and I am sure any sense-able person in there right mind will recognize this FACT, regardless of them being in the Caymans. To this end Pis have every RIGHT to pull together and form a UNION of sorts. And if necessary TAKE control of an ailing entity that they the peoples have willingly parted with their own money in GOOD FAITH. That faith has now been lost, they the BODs had there chance. | timtim5449

15/12/2012 21:42 | Guys, we have x2 promising resources to contact on Monday morning. Think it best we hold off emailing the II's until we have advice from these contacts. The more detailed/informed & professional we are with the II's, the better. We should however still be able to format the letters/email & send by close of business on Monday subject to your approval of the email. | bumpkinroll
