B3thany, probably best for an email address to be agreed on the forum then used for names and holdings to be scanned over? It is probably not necessary for a few more days but this is the best way of confirming that members are legit.

Not for a moment doubting the individual holding declared by members of the Action Group. Given its importance and sheer size (cumulative) imo some sort of evidence is required should the Action Group be asked to verify these holdings at meetings in the future eg a letter/email from one's broker/bank, etc. Well done for notifying Sharesoc!

I hope you guys go after the wrongdoers if foul play has been uncovered....If I may also suggest my 2 pence worth maybe this thread creater could format a standard letter for all shareholders here to send it to their MP's or the Business Secretary....AIM needs a tighter regulation and scrutinization of insiders....

Full marks for digging up ancient comments
Full marks for never disclosing your own investments
Full marks for providing quotes but no actual individual comments
We do not care about what was said by whom to whom in the past - we are all working hard together here to try to realise and unlock some of the NAV value held within OCH and to ensure a level playing field etc etc.
Go and pea off another thread cause you always get full marks for that.
And as far as being a "mug punter"... this is the only share I may lose my investment in and my SIPP is having a stellar year but thanks for your concern. Now go away and let us all discuss vital matters concerning this share!

Some information.

A message has gone to some of the IIs (following on from greefear's suggestion) to see if it is possible to join our block of votes to theirs, ...along the lines of the outline group aims given in the header for this thread ....and to be invited like any of the IIs to any creditor meetings etc, and similar for information.

(noting that individual PIs will be kept in the dark about anything happening in the creditors committee....)

(the group aims can be updated/modified as the group develops and does things like using its own website etc......we need to do some work on this in the next 2 days imo...and make sure we have an agreed set of objectives/aims)

not sure if you understand the real text of the Feb bonus issue of new shares
(5.5M shares I think it was)

(and X Million capitalisation shares were proposed in the Dec EGM, and I think that no one realised the conditions for them, except for a few of us)

in the case of a wind up or similar event....and if the shares return say 2p/share to shareholders....then....the capitalisation shares pay out to the dirs. at 20-2p = 18p.

18p/share while shareholders would get 2p.

imo it was a trick
1) they were perhaps pretty sure imo that would never pay out above 20p
2) there was imo no actual profit of 30ME in 2009 and no bonus was really due.
(if there had in reality been a profit of 30ME then imo OCH would not have delisted at 2M)

I posted the same back in Feb and urged people to vote NO. I was about the only person, maybe B3thany as well. Everyone else saw 20p...and thought 'yes, yes yes' !
