Frank - agreed at this stage. However, once we know what is required to legally pool our shares as one, hopefully by tomorrow, all pledged shares here by said holders, will need to prove their holding, so we will soon have the legitimate names of the action group.

Guys - have not read all the posts yet - Jack emailed the sharesoc link to me & that is one of our resources, PLEASE, all read it as this is a very good outline as to what is in front of us - we have many of the points in hand I believe & that is a good start.

Jack is contacting them in the morning, please no one else do this at this stage otherwise it will complicate matters.

smith - great work on the website. We need to get a private forum going where action group members only have access so that sensitive information cannot be seen by OCH staff. Can this be done on this site?

Not too sure how we can keep this "within ranks" and confidential so that any "unwanted parties" are privy to the information we can gather or will "attack" with. At the end of the day no one knows anyone that well on here do they? Anyway, not wishing to scupper it at all, just making an observation and if anyone has any ideas as to how to make it more secure that will be good... Not much time tho... GLA!

I do agree with post 9293 - the ActionGroup does need someone that is 100% working for the group (not largest holding) and one not open to manipulation either.

It clearly shows that it's not the IIs who have bailed but the majority is by PI's. Value Investment have reduced down to 3,225,000 and Gerrard Investment sold their remaining 1,010,000 shares.

perhaps with no visible link to it....and the page address is given by e-mail to people that have sent their e-mail addresses to Bump.....and then action group people can chat in private

and we can avoid any -ve and "dont bother" posts

(1 advantage of a private msg. brd. imo would be that there would imo be no risk of libel since the brd. would not be visible to public)

ref. Value Investments....if you have contacts in London...if someone could actually meet Mr T Smith , owner of VI Ltd....and if he expressed interest in joining votes with 'us' then suddenly we could have around 20%.

imo he is our best chance of getting teamwork with an II or large investor (in fact our group % would be much bigger than his !)

Would be biggest block stake after the directors. And with that I think we could definitely ensure that we are invited to be present at any meetings that take place, if we want to send a representative. (or maybe T Smith can report to/from us)
