72nov, there are two administrators (I am one) who need to activate links. Just need to ascertain with Smithd13 the details I need to check first as only your log in name comes up... I presume both administrators need to active the link? Will be back on thread later today.

Sounds like a few people have been working very hard to set something up. Just catching up with the posts but great work.

Just a thought at this stage but I have been known to take a passing interest in lawyers who have been involved in shareholder actions previously. There are some good ones and not so good ones. If you have anyone particular law firm in mind let us know if you can.

The other thing which may have been touched on is that there will be individuals who will wish to gain access to information which they have no business to know. e.g non shareholders wishing to know about plans by any group and mailing lists of shareholders.

Guys - just had a very good response to my email to my Lawyer contact (friend of a friend) which is excellent for late on a Sunday night.

He's calling me in the morning.

To be efficient & hopefully covert, in our communication here we need to be posting on the private forum.

Bump. and all thks for the hard work being done. Looks like i am only good for flushing my cash down the drain and this will cost me big time:(( I hope there is some honesty and decency in Guy/Ofer and we get a fair recompense otherwise not only are they muddying their names but the Jewish people !!!

GF - seeking legal advise 1st thing in the morning from our contacts to ascertain what is needed to formalise out shares & then I will be contacting the II's in the morning on the back of the advice.

Anyone contacting the II's? Think they are key.

Surely the II's that voted no to resolution 1 must have had thoughts about where to go from there.
They KNEW the funding would not take place because of their no-voting and they must have thought that was a better alternative than providing OCH with funds (even though they did not even had to participate in funding).

Guys, have emailed my lawyer contact. Will wait to have a look/test the forum created by smith as it will be easier for me to post there as opposed to creating the email list.

Fingers crossed for a response tomorrow.

I, not jack, will be contacting sharesoc in the morning (jack contacting his lawyer contact) & will update on that ASAP tomorrow.

I have a lot on tomorrow but will make as much time for this as possible in the morning.

jacks has raised a good point in an email - those that have said that they can help can you please email me with your skill set so that we can divvy out roles in order to gain momentum here. Also, please state if you are available for meetings which will no doubt be City based.
