16/12/2012 14:20 | I've set up yet another thread just for action group posts... I'll leave it to people to decide if prefer to use normal OCH msg brd. thread or move action grp posts over to the new thread. (it should keep action grp posts all in 1 place) | markt
16/12/2012 14:17 | Hi Smith sounds good.... thanks I think from everyone for setting up a website... ---- I DONT want R & T as a moderator. He has been opposed most/all of the time to any criticism of the dirs. and has links with the dirs. so could easily divulge any plans to the dirs. ...scuppering our work. | markt
16/12/2012 14:15 | Smithd13, I hope you got my email address ok this morning? | knigel
16/12/2012 14:14 | Feb 2013 Update Link to action group website, to save having to search thru posts to try find the address ...its not my website....I am just one of the small fish involved... -------------------- Dec 2011 Thread Header I've set up this thread, yet another !, to be ONLY for action group posts in case action group participants/helpers want to use it ---- Please, anyone who is against the action group idea please DONT post on this thread. ---- GROUP CHARTER or proposed objectives of the OCH PI Action Group 1) My guess on the approx. process is that a committee of creditors will now be formed which will include the banks and shareholders representatives. And I expect that that committee will appoint an administrator. The real representatives of the banks are in Bulgaria so it would make sense imo that the meetings would take place there, eg. in Varna. imo the main purpose of our action group should be to ensure that we are invited to the creditors committee so that we know what is going on and can object if anything is proposed which appears unfair (such as directors getting any assets at a knock down price without them being marketed, which appears quite common in UK admin. processes) (whether we actually attend meetings, since requires time and costs, or we request to be informed via a person that does go (such as a representative for IIs) we can decide later imo 2) To consider whether to try to get "all" shareholders to get the claimed 30ME profit from 2009 revoked as untrue in order to cancel the bonus to the 2 directors. That money would then go to all shareholders and not just to the 2 dirs. 3) To consider whether to try to get "all" shareholders to get any other money for the directors to be reduced/cancelled. such as 600kE for 12 months notice, such as for gross misconduct or other claim(s) 4) ( a secondary task 'perhaps' could be to publicise the assets of OCH to any company or body that we think could be a potential buyer.....to try to help create more than 1 buyer and hence achieve higher prices...but in theory the administrator should organise that) 5) Perhaps get a review of the Feb 2012 shenanigans to see if the price was intentionally and falsely moved by OCH RNSs or by false approaches to OCH in order to generate an RNS 'received an approach'. 6) Perhaps get a review to check that Simon Cauwkwell complied with the regulations and did not 'pump and dump' to his readers, in Feb 2012, or if he did, that it was within the regulations. | markt
16/12/2012 14:07 | Knigel The salaries and bonuses were detailed in the IPO document. ...sadly it is quite common that IPOs are a rip off....over priced..large % held by dirs without having invested any cash (such as OCH)..low chance of a gain on investing....but sadly investors keep getting caught (many dont really understand the IPO doc. conents.....and the IPO doc. text is normally over hopefully and people believe it....and brokers are happy to go along since they get maybe 5% of any money subscribed....) IPO docs. are always a vital document to read imo before investing in any share, even years after the IPO....and are available at company websites. sadly most investors seem too lazy to read documents or do any research ! (partly since the public assume there are regulations and laws and the FSA and regulators to protect them....and sadly in practice it appears that there are not !) | markt
16/12/2012 14:07 | Markt I'm impressed with the directors timing, around christmas, when most people switch off. | jack1236
16/12/2012 13:57 | MarkT :- --- "The public email address is shareholders@ochacti No one should be able to e-mail to the list of members.....except the organiser....and after any proposed message is checked/approved by 1 or 2 other people. --- Done! As for your other comments, i'm just someone that has lost some money and went through an admin process with Game recently (as an employee). Don't usually post here but have got involved to help out. Soon as R&T, Bump etc sub to the list, I was planning on adding them to the moderator list so they control it. I work in IT so it was easy to set this stuff up that's all :p | smithd13
16/12/2012 13:51 | Bumpkinroll has provided an email address which perhaps should be used until the ochactiongroup email address has been checked? | knigel
16/12/2012 13:51 | Markt smithd13 posts on lse, under dsmit. That's why he's only got 17 posts. | jack1236
16/12/2012 13:46 | To everybody Please do not post any reply to any -ve posts or posts that say we are wasting out time with an action group. Just ignore them, to avoid the msg board being clogged up with posts about if it worth the effort. Those that are interested in an action group can continue with the idea/group and we can see what we can achieve. (certain people will prefer that there is no FSA or SFO or press investigation/covera | markt
16/12/2012 13:39 | Who is smithd13 ???!!! the 'smithd13' nick was only created in 2012....and only has posted 17 times in total. I would be nervous about the action group website and list of e-mail addresses of members being operated by someone who has only posted 17 times.....and is not one of the recognised 'leaders' of the action group movement. otherwise we culd shoot ourselves in the foot (the web site and all e-mail addresses could vanish at the touch of a button) just in case it is one of the directors ! ....or one of the dirs. friends..or OCH workers.... ---- ...if we do a check(s) and all is OK then no problem | markt
16/12/2012 13:36 | MarkT, those posts have been amended. Not been invested here as long as you and so must ask, how did these salaries, bonuses get agreed in the first place! | knigel
16/12/2012 13:36 | Sorry to say it but you paid your money you took your chance and it's gone, that's AIM. II's voted how they wanted and this is now a dead duck. Watch the mall end up with some of the ex directors. Usual AIM casino tactics. | donald tramp
16/12/2012 13:34 | Smith3d "The public email address is shareholders@ochacti Aghhh ! imo you need to change this ASAP. No one should be able to e-mail to the list of members.....except the organiser....and after any proposed message is checked/approved by 1 or 2 other people. | markt
16/12/2012 13:34 | Bump already has that document. | jack1236
16/12/2012 13:30 | MarkT, surely these Institutional Shareholders need to answer to their own clients (pension funds etc) on their plan of action going forward considering they mostly all voted NO? | knigel
16/12/2012 13:26 | good stuff smithd13 I've copied and pasted what I think is, today, perhaps the most important part of the doc. you have referenced. ie. Involving Institutional Shareholders ---- BTW sharesoc were asked to be involved in the weeks before the EGM...and they declined.... (that may now be different since the EGM vote has happened...situation is now different ....a little bird I know will ask them again....) ---- "12. Involving Institutional Shareholders If possible you should try and involve institutional shareholders although they may be wary of getting involved for a number of reasons, so do not assume they will assist. For example, they may worry about forming a "concert party" if they collude with other shareholders. Likewise they may be wary of the publicity that might result, particularly if they feel they cannot control what your shareholder action group does or says, and they may have little financial interest in pursuing the matter. They may also take time to make a decision on supporting you so it unusual for them to take the lead. But even token support from major institutions will help to promote you case. Note that a "concert party" is usually not formed as a result of shareholder activism see the notes present on this web page on "Collective Engagement" (letter on Shareholder Engagement from the FSA and Practice Statement 26 from the Takeover Panel): www.frc.org.uk/corpo | markt
16/12/2012 13:04 | Was googling earlier and found this: | smithd13

16/12/2012 12:14 | Sorry, should have put 8%, which takes it up to 30%. Maybe the 'bid' was from Bellport. | jack1236 |
