18/12/2012 13:58 | R & T "return shareholder value" What games are you playing ?! You write messages saying that there was no 30ME profit in 2009 and hence that no bonus should have been paid to the 2 exec. dirs...... and yet you keep posting supporting the dirs. and bod. Very strange imo. (Perhaps you have lost so much money that you want to keep believing in the dirs.....and hope they will suddenly give you back all your money at the price you paid, 85p, 139p or 40p for previous share issues. You fail to see that the in the EGM offer the dirs. tried to move most of the assets from 'us' to them just in return for their salaries. From 30% up to a possible 73% (64% in offer document was and is factually false. 94M shares before and 250M after) Are you one of the directors, or a friend or a worker at Shore Capital ? Or maybe a rich person that is not so good with money, who believes more in directors nice words than numbers in accounts (such as court orders to take OCH apartments to pay unpaid builders). | markt
18/12/2012 13:49 | Stoop ....we should find out the attitude of some IIs this week....various things happening, after the week has ended we'll know more about progress.. (I may be moving today to post on the website....but I want to have a look at market share news first !...and then coffee !) | markt

18/12/2012 12:48 | Guys, After talking with Bump this morning, I've subsequently spoken to Frank Lewis regarding his role as Independent Non Exec Director. Frank explained that he has no involvement in Orchid and would have only become active on the passing of the resolutions. He agreed there were significant assets with Orchid's group and stated he was disappointed not to have been given a chance to restructure the BOD's. He did say he was disappointed that the II's and Funds hadn't recognised his aim to restructure and return shareholder value. He went out of his way to state he has had nothing to do with the Open Offer or any part of the company prior to suspension. R&T | roughandtumbleone

18/12/2012 09:01 | I am on the list of shareholders but not yet fully caught up with events. I should be around for the next few days so will catch up and contact the relevant folks etc. I suggest everything ignores user_250148. He used to be known as a ramper under the user ID 'quotes_4_u' a few years ago. His posts are mainly confined to companies which have been suspended by the stock market and always take the form of gloating about the losses of others. I think it makes him feel better after the previous losses he suffered | loverat

17/12/2012 23:39 | £ 10k actually. 4% of my SIPP which has doubled this year. How has your SIPP been doing LUSER? One day you will tell us why you post on threads were you do not (or have not) hold the shares? BTW we have not lost anything yet - the NAV was 63p and the action group core aim is to realise as much value from the properties as possible | knigel
