Surely they voted for brexit simply because they knew in advance that the pound would plunge against $US . I assume that Murdoch and other billionaire owners of the right wing rags who indoctrinated the masses into voting for brexit was because they knew they would make a mint out of brexit and who cares what happens to the economy and poorer people .

ocdo is a funny old stock as suddenly took off hitting 816 before retreating . I thought it might be on some news but seems it was just a short covering rally :)

QANTAS,Food growth only just above inflation and clothing below inflation, so pretty much standing still. So basically selling the same amount of goods with no real inflation adjusted growth.Cheers,Niels

sadly OCDO has today reached that 800 chart support level and next support is at about 740 if it breaks 880 level decisively . But again the overall market was in a bearish mood today with US bond yields rising . Let's hope US indices futures recover overnight

It just feels like they are trying to squeeze a model that has been growing revenues for a while, albeit at a slower rate recently. It may work, but it may also increase costs.Cheers,Niels
