Seems like a bashing before the bounce

Is Ocado’s current share price tempting for a PE to launch a bid - breaking up retail from CFC/robotic units?

The potential of AI and robotics may encourage a bid for a firm like Ocado
- that is promising a better return has tax losses and a low share price?

I recently read that a WPP employee was reported advising Sir M Sorrell to concentrate on S4Cap share price. I think the Board at Ocado Group should follow the same advice; sitting in HQ's Ivory Towers while shorters and one analyst create 30%+ drop shows, imho,a weak Board to stand up for shareholders.

I guess a bounce is likely today after the steep fall yesterday . So volatile recently !

I look at Ocado as a firm very similar to Argos - it has better control of its stocks than the big supermarkets. Even Target is reported closing stores and warning of $500m additional provision to its theft provision.

The question now is the CEO the person to move the company to the next level?

what a struggle for tech stocks as nasdaq falls and bond yields rise in USA . But OCDO has had a nice bounce today and can surprise at times .

big paper loss if it was a day trade but more likely taking a position and will hold for medium term . nasdaq index in clear downtrend sadly and OCDO is regarded as a tach stock I guess - only fallen back a bit today .

As Autostore orders/revenue increases how does Ocado gain from the use of their technology?

Let's see the Exane downgrade report so we can evaluate the guy's own work/assumptions.

As I understand it, the terms of the settlement between AutoStore and Ocado do not include any other payments other than the £200m. If they did, I'm sure Ocado would have made a big noise about it.

The terms of the settlement are as follows:

AutoStore will pay £200 million (around $256 million) to Ocado in installments over the next two years1.
All of the patent litigation claims are being withdrawn globally1.
Ocado and AutoStore both agreed to a mutually beneficial global cross-license of each other’s pre-2020 patents1.
Both companies can continue to use and market all of their existing products without challenge1.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ocado retains exclusive rights to the Single Space Robot
