I expect that at the time that was written in February 2022 it was an accurate reflection of the then situation. It expressed one possibility based on information at the time within the context of the discussion

The settlement of $150m was a good settlement and it was just the beginning, as we can now see from the latest Edison report.

Licence fees and contracts with STM are still in progess.

I'm not sure what you think you've exposed other than your own desire to shut me down and prolong the existence of your nasty echo chamber so you can continue believing that you were cheated.

Legal actions don't often end with massive outcomes. You weren't cheated. You were wrong and you hurt yourself with your own stupidity.

What's worse is that you haven't learned anything at all.

Yes it is, and I'm sure it will be printed out on glossy paper.

But be careful, this is a paid for report generated by Nanoco with information provided by them. Similar reports are commissioned in the Oil & Gas sector by Hannam to boost up a company's profile - these reports are often a smokescreen for bad news in the pipeline.

What serious investors want/need from Nanoco is solid orders. My biggest fear here is that the Tech sector moves very rapidly - I still believe that Nanoco have a good product but they need to act now and profit from it as there will be a game changer around the corner.

The Edison report is impressive. There are still risks but the strategy is coming together well. Getting the sensors in a phone whilst avoiding any more patent suits are the key factors now.
