07/6/2024 15:49 | Just ignore the poor chap - clearly has nothing to occupy his time other than seeking to agitate some on here. All his posts are an attempt to induce a reaction. As I stated previously he has no interest in Nanoco nor does he have any interest in markets generally. You will note when he is ignored he then makes multiple attempts to entice certain contributors because he feels they may no longer reply which is exactly what he wishes to avoid. | yasx
07/6/2024 15:42 | Oh i think terror ( lmfao) wit aka Nige is losing it..its the problem when you have no education or intellect they just resort to swearing immediately ..sad really, but total form of whatever they call themselves. Time they went for a strop and try to reinvent themselves again after licking the wounds..for the enth time. | kooba
07/6/2024 15:32 | Kooba, Indeed - irrespective of what happens in terms of outcomes, he is generously rewarded. This kind of Co. needs one or two significant institutional shareholders that hold the Board to account - otherwise it becomes the slow, lingering erosion of funds that it is. | yasx
07/6/2024 15:27 | Okay, let's get a cheap CEO and see how that works out. Your hatred is palpable. If you can't play with the big boys get out instead of throwing anonymous tantrums like a toddler who lost teddy. Such tedious self-obsession and after 95% of holders re-elected the whole BoD. Twice. It isn't all about you. | terrorwit
07/6/2024 15:03 | I think the positive momentum was referring to his renumeration.Brian Tenner total renumeration FY2023 £660k after over 100% cash and shares bonus. Further long term options at zero cost exercised during the year.Share price fy2023 was down 50% ...37p down to 18.5pAll nicely aligned. | kooba
07/6/2024 14:47 | A few weeks after the Samsung settlement agreement in the early part of 2023, Brian Tenner, CEO of Nanoco, said: "In the first half, we have continued to build on the significant positive momentum achieved in the last few years, positioning ourselves for significant organic growth in the near term." Since then, I have seen no evidence of the aforesaid momentum nor the organic growth that was anticipated. All I have noted is the same lines being churned out. Talk is one thing, delivery something else. It is time to start delivering the growth he keeps promising and less talk about what he intends to do. | yasx
07/6/2024 14:33 | TW, The question was put to those that understand the business and how markets function - it was not put to someone of your ilk. Hope that helps. | yasx

07/6/2024 14:06 | So what? Most spin-outs never make a profit and most tech start ups fail within a year or two. You need to get some true perspective on what's being achieved here instead of wasting your time posting toxic hatred all day every day. All you're proving is just how little you really understand. | terrorwit
07/6/2024 13:00 | Company founded 2001 First minuscule commercial order 20232009A TECHNOLOGY company spun out of Manchester University has been bought in a reverse takeover deal which values the enlarged business at £38.6m. 2024 Current market cap £33mThey have raised far more than they have paid back since listing...and have issued many millions of free shares to directors. Is it a long term or short term lack of value creation and alignment i wonder...and how can you blame investors over the past 2 years for this complete lack of value creation? I'm sure some AH will have a go. | kooba
07/6/2024 12:59 | They've repeatedly stated break even in 2025. We're not even half way through 2024 and you're asking key questions about what's happening? Do get a grip of yourselves. | terrorwit
07/6/2024 12:54 | The key question here is not what happened with the Samsung litigation but what is happening regarding the claim of being on the cusp of commercialisation - what steps is or has the Co. taken to demonstrate that the statement made over a year ago was more than pie in the sky jam tomorrow? How will they achieve sustainable revenue streams and so on? I suspect the Co. enjoy the fact that investors like TH continue to dwell on past issues since it serves as a distraction to enable them not to discuss anything related to the business they are actually 9or supposedly) involved in. It is time for BT to set out a plausible plan that will give rise to revenues, not the twaddle with textbook talk and baseless projections with no substance. | yasx
07/6/2024 12:42 | Just checking in to see if the solid foundation is showing itself in the share price, nope not yet!! | katsy
07/6/2024 12:31 | My questions are - have the regulators even looked at statements the company made to the market? Have the regulators tracked the timing and play of RG and LOAM? Do the regulators turn up for work? Are there regulators? | barkbooo
07/6/2024 12:22 | Exactly 2 years ago an over subscribed fund raise at 37p the company talking transformational outcomes for shareholder value ..that issue was not supported by the largest long term shareholders RG and LOAM who held 38% between them. 2 years later the shares are down over 50% from that level and RG has gone and LOAM owns just 8%. Those shareholders were invested before listing and have dumped 30% of the equity in 2 years..but it's the pi's who have hurt the price some say. Not sure they have a clue..or ever have.Need to wake up a realise they have a busted narrative..the shares are where they are because the company has not delivered on there promises and the most informed and longest term holders have given up.They may offer a great opportunity from where the shares are now if they ever get their commercialisation act together..but it requires a 118% rise to get back to the level they raised that money 2 years ago just for those who supported them to get their investment back so they have their work cut out. | kooba
07/6/2024 12:13 | coiin stein - time to get another top post in the header…or in your case, time to header the post. | barkbooo |
