13/2/2018 09:11 | 18 months ago this was nearly twice today's value. 5 years ago it was 5 times. Now it signs a transformational deal. The tree is shaking today. This time next year Rodney..... | ascov
13/2/2018 08:56 | People taking profits at NANO should consider looking at N4P who are off to Japan in a couple of days looking to sign trade deals on their nanoparticles. | hughwilson
13/2/2018 08:51 | hannath, thanks for the heads up Link in header changed, prior one not working | mr.oz
13/2/2018 08:45 | Nowenterprise, Just acting on your advice to Redarmy. Aren't these two statements (bold) rather at odds? (Nov2017) " Revenue and other operating income for the year was GBP1.6 million (2016: GBP0.8 million) and the loss after tax was GBP9.1 million (2016: GBP10.6 million). -- Cash and cash on deposit at 31 July 2017 was GBP5.7 million (2016: GBP14.5 million) Post balance sheet events -- Net proceeds of GBP8 million following a placing in November 2017 significantly strengthens cash balance and removes immediate going concern issues.... "We continue to keep a tight control on costs and our post year end fundraising will fully support the Company as we commercialise our technology and take advantage of large and growing market opportunities." I do note that the latest statement includes commitment to fund expansion of manufacturing facilities - but that won't help with the existing hole very much...? G. | garth
13/2/2018 08:41 | I was pleased to see that. First time I have looked at the FCA short list for a while and it was a pleasant surprise... | bagpuss67
13/2/2018 08:16 | One of the x3 short positions was closed yesterday. | hannath
13/2/2018 00:20 | Red Army, sounds like you probably need to catch up quite a bit, and read though the past 9 months of RNS. | nowenterprise
13/2/2018 00:14 | Red army, the new customer is paying for the expansion | davemac3
13/2/2018 00:10 | Well he already intimated that he knows something on this forum, so he should not have done that in the first place if your theory is correct, mwwh. | nowenterprise
13/2/2018 00:01 | If Roadster received info from an inside source, it is understandable that he cannot not reveal the source. Nor can he even intimate that he received inside info. | mwwh
12/2/2018 23:11 | Roadster if that link is all you have (from November 2017, which most of us have already seen - at least I have) then it's old news really. The summary of that article is essentially that "cooperation prospect will be more and more extensive" between TCL and Kangde Xin (Dow). That is not exactly firm confirmation that TCL are moving towards using CFQD. I truly hope that TCL will soon be producing panels using NANO dots, but this article does not provide anything to bank on (yet) in my view. The AUO deal and this new mystery US corporation's involvement is good enough for me to invest in, but any confirmation of TCL/Hisense using CFQD will be a welcome boost of course. | nowenterprise
12/2/2018 22:33 | Not sure how you make that leap roadster to be honest | howl01
12/2/2018 22:17 | Roadster, why won't you share your "knowledge"? Without further explanation you're just going to look like you're playing silly games. | nowenterprise
12/2/2018 22:16 | mwwh, TCL using Dow produced nanoco cfqd ,film by skc haas Will need to google translate | roadster750
12/2/2018 22:16 | Won't they need to raise money to pay for the large facility as they lost £10m last year and only had £5m in the bank at the beginning of this financial year.? | red army
12/2/2018 21:35 | Roadster: Thanks. This would be great news. TCL has sold the P series for 2-3 years, but have never received such outstanding reviews. Also, one of the only criticisms of the TCL TV is that they only offer a 55" screen. This may be telling, since Wah Hong makes mostly 55" screens. Moreover, I doubt that Nanosys CFQDs can keep up with Nanoco's CFCDs. | mwwh
12/2/2018 21:20 | just a bit of research i did,ill leave it at that if you dont mind. | roadster750
12/2/2018 19:50 | That would be news Roadster! All the specs I've seen look to be Nanosys film still. Are you able to share your evidence? The p-series have received great reviews for a couple of years (they don't use qds though!) | howl01
12/2/2018 19:40 | Roadster, I have been looking to find confirmation of this (TCL using NANO's dots) but have as yet not been able to confidently consider it a fact. Please can you elucidate me on how you know this for sure? And also how you know that Hisense are also transitioning to NANO? | nowenterprise
12/2/2018 19:34 | mwwh, yes they have switched to nanoco, Hisense working with Nanosys still but transitioning to nanoco as we speak.I Know this for sure. | roadster750
