The q1 products were I think the Acer and Asus monitors. However their release date slipped and is now expected this month.

Runcorn doubling in size. Dow still very active. The pace of technical change is slow, but things seem to be moving, which is why the share price has doubled in the last 3 months.

Root canal or hygienist? My money is that the interims will be less than sparkling but the forward looking statement will be key here.

apart from 2015, Results day has not really had a particularly lasting detrimental effect on nanoco share price If anything, even though profits had never been that special, the share price always improved quite quickly.This year already shows promise, so surely we should be looking forward with confidence? Hope so, anyway.

Based on the current timelines, commercial supply is anticipated to begin early 2019.”

Apple are aiding both U.S. company Finisar and Austrian company AMS with their Capex (see IQE board ), which makes me flirt with the idea that, since they are clearly into aiding suppliers in that way, it just might be Apple who are putting up funds to help Nanoco expand their production facilities in order to be able to supply them. If any company is in a position of having almost more surplus money than it can use itself, it’s Apple!

Two trading days left until interim results Tuesday morning. I wonder if we'll get further details regarding the recent US contract. With a significant expansion of Runcorn I would describe it as transformative for Nanoco.

Not sure about Apple. Could be a US equivalent to the likes of Osram i.e. Cree Inc. I know that Osram Opto Semiconductors are involved in automotive applications and just wondering if Cree have similar programmes. I could however be barking up the wrong tree. Are Nano still involved with Osram?

Thank you for that pdc269 - Things may actually be looking up here at last. Taken time but the story may improve month by month. Some of the best parts from your link which I repeat at the end:

1) However as the company has expanded it required significantly more space to meet the demand for quantum dots from markets including Japan, China and the USA.

results effect will play out before the two weeks ... for those allowed to be in the know - though maybe todays share price performance indicating better things to come? No Friday this week, so we will learn sooner.(aside: anyone discovered which keyboard key generates an actual apostrophe symbol .. rather than the question mark symbol (the ? symbol works, anyway, in it's own right ..)?
