Syd ..did you know Apple is supplied by Nitto Denko ? and Nitto is working with QMC not Nanoco ! So if you want to connect the dots that would make Nano the odd man out of the supply chain...

You need to find a better fit for your fantasy.

Mercks rush as it seems has diminished with the new strain QDs coming out from Samsung,they did initially intend to make headway there.As the number 1 TV producer Samsung has its sights also on large screen signage for advertising.Can Hansol keep up with supply,as whispers at the AGM came to a conclusion that DOW will be involved as it will be wise for Samsung to expect lower cost from shipments,TAX, rather then from firms abroad.Apple you might all laugh at like Crunch do have ambitions for 85" plus to be competitive with the rest and will no doubt take their plans further hopefully with CFQDs.Like wise Enteleton has predicted Merck could be involved with them as the race for QLED could be won by nanocos Kodak patents before Samsung.Dose Samsung have the capacity to compete with DOW,Merck, Nanoco with Qled and QD rods?

mrplay, Nano's royalty payments from Dow were around 10K. It's peanuts to warrant an RNS.

Dow, LG and the rest of the industry spending millions on this tech. It's the precursor to Qled which is the next really big innovation and Samsung are 2-3 years ahead. To drop Qdot research is a big no no.....

Nano still in the research start-up phase, but it's not the end by any means. Though posters on this board just wanted the transition to a major manufacturer over-night and now all they do is moan..

If you spent millions on a factory. You would want a return. What is the dow factory being used for right now. Is it 50/50 with other products. I do not understand a completed factory that can produce with nothing going on. Why did nanoco hide the last 3 or 4 quarterly payments from dow? What are they hiding?

Who are Merck's customers? They seemed in a rush to build their factory back in November 2016? Nano supplying until it's completed..

LG are playing catch up with Samsung. Their new nano TVs are such a marketing scam it's laughable.

Who will supply the industry now that most of the major players have released QD ranges this year. Where does the supply of cad free come from? Name the suppliers?

You can't..

And the assertion that the rest of the industry are catching up is not founded on facts.

The cadmium Chinese producers have of course. But it's easy to make cad Qdots.

Although it didn't attract a trade I did see the bid matching the all time low this morning. I'm not entirely sure why that awful automated tip machine British Bulls managed to classify this as a buy last week. I hope no one was encouraged by that as I think the share price was 3p higher then.

I really want to believe that everything is going fine and that the only problem is that the board has neglected to reassure us of this. There is such a thing as a 'run up to results'. We are not seeing this just yet. There isn't even a rumour to buy. All the signals, for me, are worrying as we approach April 4th.

Do they bring their trophy in to negotiate deals and aay " hey check this out " .Making a Russian egg is one thing , being able to mass produce it at low cost is another and that sir is Nanos problem .BTW BOE is the top OEM and yes QMC is in discussions with them.India ?? You've gone off the rails again Syd.Time to still get out before this house of cards collapses.

Crunch the only award winning CFQD.Unlike the QDs coming out from the flow process,that's been ignored by all the top OEMs other then a few unknown cheap companies out in India taking them up.

Caroline Watson: "Yes, as we have not communicated any change in assumptions to the market, current forecasts are still valid."

So, as I stated previously, while she could not break news to me as an individual, she could have informed me that my £7-8M was not an accurate representation of the forecast. Again, this does not prevent Nanoco from modifying their guidance next Tuesday.

I believe you were extolling the virtues of 40p as a sold base last week. Whatever you think about the current share price, a company's value can halve and halve again on less than a nuke attack. The roulette wheel spins on Monday. Anything apart from good news will hurt badly. 'No news' will be no good, more 'jam tomorrow' will not work this time.
