What happened to real facts ?..this reeks of BS to me.How many targets has ME ever met or even met on time.Pumping it hard with BS wont help the share price only revenues will. They are only showing another prototype in Sept at IFA which means they would then have to book commercial orders then if they get any. That leaves little time to get revenues by year end from booked orders. I'm sure Apple will come thru though with orders as Nanoco is the only cad free maker out there..just ask Syd.Maybe CW was sent out for those 5 weeks on a mission to secure contracts in the far east with Samsung ;) Its all speculation until something is filed..right E ?

regarding the forecast revenue, if what Minsky says-- nano
will blame the brokers is true, you have to ask how did the
brokers arrive at the forecast figure? did they conjure it up
out of hyperspace with absolutely no advice or input from nano.

Who is supplying Philips with Qd film? No-one's taking the credit. Nanosys would normally be crowing by now if it was them.

For what it's worth, I recall CW saying that Nanoco were very comfortable with the 7.5 million Peel Hunt revenue prediction. That was around the time of the AGM.

Let's face it the uncertainty has brought the price as low as 35.50 today and,I can't see it falling further over the next few days unless there is an attack on North Korea.

MC is looking very low for a company with no debts and with patents in their hundreds.I believe the £8 million forecast for the Y/E will be achieved and might beat expectations by a couple of million.

I think Nanoco would always deny "officially" forecasting £7-8m. If private investors want to believe that, its up to them. If the income doesnt come, either they find more gullible institutions who know nothing about technology or consumer electronics and believe the hype, get a loan, or in the worst case, fold the company, sell the patents to Merck or Samsung, take the money and run. Its a no lose game.

In my communication, I used the £7-8M I had understood to be stated at the shareholders meeting. Not knowing if they were alt-facts, I offered them intentionally so if they were bogus she would have the opportunity to address them.

This is the property that Michael Edelman bought with the £2.1 million proceeds of his share sale in 2013.

I emailed Caroline Watson last week. I asked, since there has been no profit warning communicated, "is it safe to assume Nanoco remains on track for £7-8M by fiscal year end?" She replied with a "yes" and that the "current forecasts are still valid." Of course they can't break news to one individual, so as I said, that may change next week. Or not!

Are the forecasted numbers Nanoco's or a broker's forecast?
I suspect the latter. So if they are not met, its not Nanoco's problem.

They are thinking Nanoco has not issued a warning and their forecasted numbers (£7-8M) are still valid. Of course that could change next Tuesday.

re IIs
hendersons is the biggest holder of nanoco shares.
One of their funds (UK and Irish Smaller Companies) has nanoco as its 3rd biggest holding. Even so its quite a small part of the portfolio. And hendersons must hold the majority of their holding elsewhere.
I wonder what the fund managers are thinking.

The fact no one wants to buy at this all time low speaks volumes. Must be so much insider information being leaked. If they had made sale or signed contracts they would of released this news. April 4th is more Mike annual BS day.

Mike needs to go. the share price shows this. Just when it spiked with lies of supplying LG he sold a couple of million shares making him a huge profit for his "move to America"We need a CEO with the drive to make us no:1 again. To do what ever it takes to get the contracts. In my eyes he is a thief, Paul is the heart and soul of company. Paul never sold once, never cashed in his bonus shares. Mike is a crook looking after himself.
