We're all disgusted by the price. I spoke to the lead broker involved in raising the money last night.He explained there's currently 10-15 companies live trying to also raise money atm, the conditions are still hard and the price was based on new investors being able to dictate what's best for them.The good news is Investec, Odey (Pa), The new Chairman invested, HNW mate of his £500k and others have invested and the company has the money to continue.There will obviously be some stags and MM's flipping the stock for a quick profit at the new lower levels which us existing holders will find stomach churning. I've invested too in this raise for clarity.We now need positive and substantial revenue guidance which has been intimated during the money raise roadshow.

I'm truly Sorry to everyone who has bought in recently to MIRI, following me highlighting the company & asking people to take a look at it.

Yes I did know a fund raise was a possibility, but I didn't see it coming so soon & its slightly larger than the £5M max requirement that I thought they might needed.

The issue price is a disgrace quiet frankly, if that's the best the company can do with the pipeline of opportunities it has & all the hints its been giving through informal channels. The CEO has a lot of explaining to do & his position is in Jeopardy for sure after this, if not untenable.

Again my sincere apologies to everyone.

Hi tburns,

I've bought 100K at 2.29p & 75K at 2.35p (that one badly timed by the looks of it, as my trading parcel going forward.

Someone has offloaded a few, so if your wanting a top-up best to get the stock while you know its available.Or hover in case it goes lower.

But I'm pretty much fully set now.

Just waiting on news breaking some time soon!

The CTO has only made 21 LinkedIn posts in total - rarely posts

If you look at a lot of the other recent LinkedIn posts which include an advert you'll see Amazon packages in them including one which isn't in English.

So I think there more to the Amazon thing than you think, we'll find out one way or another in 15 days time.

Amazon has been developing its own VPP for a while. The obsession with linked in likes funny. I like posts from my competitors too. It is a small world and good to keep it civil. Revenues weighted to back end of the year so the question is if they are near to break even how much cash is needed before end of H1. Maybe not too much. Will wait before buying more.

If you have then please post your questions there & I'm sure 2phevs will be able to answer them or point you in the right direction. They are so helpful.

It is very complex & they have tentacles going in so many different direction, some you won't even have realised about yet & probably neither have I.

Well, there are certainly a lot of sharks out there, I've always benefited from other investors who share 'hard' info, whether positive OR negative, preferably supported by links to source, so I can DMOR.

Any subsequent investment decision, be it buy or sell, is of course MY responsibility

I spent about 3 hours yesterday on MIRI, rooting around various rabbit holes and educating myself on something that was hitherto a closed book - so thanks for that opportunity! - and have today dipped my toes in the water.

As someone once said 'The best way to make money is to stop losing it'.

And, as someone else said, 'Life is too short to be small'.

Ah! .....How does the Company benefit/get 'the cash needed'?

That requires a placing.
Which requires a memorandum.
Which provides 'hard', current and accurate information.
Which investors can then act on, or not.
Where's the 'pump' there?

Your hypothetical (and arguably defamatory, certainly snide) suggestion might, if true, give the Company a somewhat higher baseline at which to pitch its offer,but won't change the outcome of any fresh, by then 'informed', decision to invest.

As I see it.

It is surely obvious they are not yet profitable so will need to raise before end of June for accounts to be signed off. Question is will it be retail (hopefully not) or strategic investors. In their last raise they raised less than they hoped but given programmatic should kick off proper in H2 maybe this time will be different.

I think kaos3, has taken offence to me suggesting to those who know my long posting history to take a look at Mirriad.

They probably seem to think I'm involved in "pump & dump" stuff of some kind.

Even although I've tried to make my own holding etc very clear to everyone & left everyone to do there own research on it, just providing them with links to things they'd want to know about.

I certainly didn't know the share price was going to do what its done so far this morning, Yes I've got my extra 100,000 lot which I had to pay extra for, but have no chance of getting a trading parcel currently.

You simply can't win with some people, you share a bit of research that someone was very kind enough to explain & help me with & there upset by it.

PI - or II - dealing in the market doesn't add anything to MIRI's coffers, AIUI, but rather to the 'pumper' seller(s).

Hmm possibly, I hadn't thought along those lines at all (ie his background).

Without end of March bank balance & revenue numbers we are virtually blind at the moment as to when they might get to that break-even point, or even have a hint of it.

"Programmatic" is meant to be live with 1 customer & generating revenue this quarter, that's a game changer in terms of the revenue avenues it opens up (completely different ballpark) slide 16 of the August presentation puts it at x10 to x15 what they can get via "Manual"

4 Other Content providers have been progressing in that direction for months now as well.

Then you've got the CEO dropping hints here there & everywhere! (quite a few with Amazon placements in them!)

Ref your musings re how MIRI might finance any cashflow shortfall, the new CFO has a great opportunity to use his expertise (and may have been brought in with this consideration in mind, amongst others).

.."Nic brings substantial equity capital and M&A experience from UBS Investment Bank and HSBC, alongside vast small and mid cap-focused public markets experience from Singer Capital Markets and CFO roles with Byotrol and Bannix Acquisition Corp. in the US..."

His 2.5m options have a strike price of 3p and vest over 3 years.

Let's hope it's a 'golden hello'.
