Interesting price action in generally negative market. Someone is buying for reasons that are not yet obvious, or have yet to be disclosed to the market. However, the expression no smoke without fire comes to mind, so let's see what happens when the smoke clears......

One org employees are motivated and driven by the mission and by love for what they do. And they get paid so they can live a decent life.

Other org has emloyees driven by incentives and greed where employees exchange their skilĺs for as much money as possible. Even if org is just before running out of cash for example.

There are different models. Each working.

I like Munger & Buffett comments on the difference and their very well functioning system proven over decades.

Plus now all prior 2023 LTIP are inline with the more recent LTIP and declarations of 3p strike price and placing price . sounds fair . including salary reductions -10% for shares for directors So now to smash the 3p imo directors took feedback and had to amend quickly to overcome an immediate issue on retention Roll on Q4

no point having options at 20 plus when we are at 1.5 no incentive Reducing strike to placing price 3p seems fair put yourselves in their shoes Now they can smash it and if anyone was considering leaving maybe that has just retained them Let see what happens in Q4

The previous options didn’t incentivise them so if they don’t reach 3p, why not just drop the strike price again?

Depends on the cash payments they receive. One should feel the results of the group and individual effort. Both ways imho.

If they are getting.lots of cash that is it. If their main reward is in options i agree with reset.
